McDonald's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Absolutely hate this place. Your food is almost always wrong. God forbid you go back and tell them. Seriously the most rude people I've ever met. It seems to be a requirement to work here. (with the exception of maybe 3 people - I actually love one particular lady who works drive through in the mornings [not the one who cuts you off every two words!]) The one experience that just made my mind up of NEVER going back here was last year when I went around 7 pm. The line was so long and slow, I ended up waiting to order for about 12 mins. I finally ordered and took me about 10 mins to get to the window to pay. I ordered a tea, shamrock milk shake, burger meal, nuggets and chicken strips. Once I finally got to the second window to get my food, I was told to pull over to the drive thru parking spot, someone would bring my food out. I had a sleeping 1 year old in the car and it was late, so I just pulled over. I waited 45 minutes in that dang spot and never got my food! (I only waited that long because I was on the phone and didn't realize that much time had passed until the baby woke up). The tea was gone, because I drank it while waiting. The milk shake was melted because it was unusually hot that night and was for my husband who was waiting at home. I got the baby out and went inside with the intention of demanding a refund. I asked the girl at the counter where the manager was and she tilted her head and said "right there" - she never got her attention, never asked if I needed to speak with her or why.... nothing. A few minutes later, as the manager was approaching the counter with a bag, I heard her ask what car the bag went to and someone called out my parking spot number. I told her it was mine and that I had been in the parking lot for over an hour at this point. She mumbled something and tossed the bag on the counter and walked away. I didn't want to show my ass because I was holding my 1 year old and that's just tacky. Bottom line...... go somewhere else....

My wife an I along with 2 kids ordered here tonight on 4-13-2019, we ordered at 8:35pm then sat down to wait for our food , we noticed everyone where taking their orders back for it being wrong/missing ,we then waited 40 min and a employee came to our table without our food and informed us that they where out of stock on some items we ordered . she asked if I wanted the money back for what items they didn't have in stock an I say actually after waiting for 40 min I would like all my money back for the entire order. They all had nasty attitudes once I asked for my money back an never getting my food after 40 min , the manager went to ring up my order to get me the money an couldnt even work the computer she tried to get close to $ 24.92 that I was owed but couldn't . I finally told her to get it to 24 bucks an ill cut my loss of .92 cents , so she got the register open an just counted out my $24.92 , ive never been so happy to leave , I don't plan to ever go back an neither should anyone else, I've lived in the area an been going to the McDonald's at this location for 29 years , they have rebuilt the building an it looks great but the crew/staff was the worst I've ever seen tonight, I've seen the manager there for years now but she didn't have a grip on anything that was going on and was lost. The lobby was out of sweet tea in two dispencers an every single table in there was dirty an sticky , food and trash was all over the floor everywhere . I strongly advise anyone local or out of two to stay away from this place untill the owners revamp the crew . I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!. and also the young girl taking orders couldn't stay off of her cell phone long enough to give paying customers their cups, after 29 years of going here all I can say is what a disgraceful way to represent Fayetteville /cedar creek /exit 49 area ......hope this improves for the business...

This used to be the only McDonald's I'd go to. However, in the last year, the food sucks, the service sucks, when I've gone inside, every table in the place was filthy . Your feet sick to the floors, trash all over the floors. The only reason we went here the other night was because it was late and we needed to eat . Nobody speaks to you . One night, my partner kept saying hello, and thank you over and over and the person just kept shutting the window on her in between handing stuff out. I've complained to managers time and time again about the rude service and cold food. The other night, the food was aweful. Hamburgers tasted like they had been in the bottom of a grease pit for days, fries were so bad because the oil needed changing and they were barly warm. The oil doesn't need changing every day, but it does need it every other day. I think they do every 3 to 4 days. By the 3rd day, the oil is so old the fries look like the potatoes are rotten brown and so greasy . I wish McDonald's would step back in the time how it was when I was younger and worked there. You gave great customer service or you were gone, they didn't precook dozens of hamburgers to sit in a plastic container under a so called warmer. It burgers were constantly being cooked so every burger was fresh and fries didn't get precooked and to sit and sit. If you were busy , you kept the fryer full until it slowed, they were not allowed to just be made up to sit around. Back to this store, it is to expensive for just 2 people to eat to be ignored, cold food and a nasty restaurant. Please make this McDonald's clean and a good place...
