Dear Moe's - Perhaps you could address the customer service and accuracy of the Fayetteville, NC location. Several times, my co-workers and I have ordered via the online system. Often, the orders are inaccurate or missing items when we pick them up. Today, I ordered online; when I showed up to pick up my order (set to be ready at 11:30 am; I arrive at 11:45 am), my order was not only not ready, but was not even in the process of being made. In fact, the girl working the line had no idea that an online order had come through. The young man at the end of the line apologized for her and had me wait while she made my order. My order was packaged and handed to me by the young man who had the decency to apologize for the late order. When I returned back to the office, late from my lunch run, I discovered my order was wrong. Really? You'd think that after not having my order ready, the employees would have had the courtesy to ensure my order was at least accurate. Now I am stuck with a bowl filled with black olives, black beans, oh yeah, and a teaspoon of rice and five pieces of steak. Read moreThe only positive things that I can say about my experience was that there was no long wait and the food was reasonably decent. There were three people working and none were very nice. I ordered the grande homewrecker and was very dissatisfied at the amount of ingredients that the workers were putting on it. It was just tiny bit of this and a tiny bit of that and when I asked for more I was told that it would cost extra. The lettuce was wilted and when I asked for more I got about 10 more slivers. I only wanted more I know because when it gets warm it practically disintegrates. The most that I usually go to in my hometown would never charge me for extra but I never had to ask for extra because they always put a sufficient amount of ingredients. The price was absurd. It was almost $18 because they charged me two times for queso on my burrito when they're two helpings didn't even amount to the one helping that I always get at other Moe's. I was very disappointed. I will never go there again and I will tell all of my professional friends and coworkers to not visit this location! Changes need to be made...
Read moreI've been to this place a few years ago and it was very enjoyable, but today was completely different. We got to the restaurant after church and to our delight we were one of the first families in. With in getting in line we placed our order and things we ok..until more families came in. The attitude of some of the employees changed from very helpfully and kind to down right rude. At one time my wife asked the man if he remembered to add something to her meal(just a honest question) the workers reply was rude and, excuses me for saying, but he became an a**hole. At the end of our food we were rushed to pay with different employees bombarding us with questions that we different every get to answer. We were handed the receipt and through out all this still didn't receive our drinks.
