Morano's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Fayetteville

UPDATED: (Allow me to edit this as your apology response was wrong. this is how I felt personally in your bar. Confused as to why y'all support grown men harrssing females is beyond me, hoping people see how you truly treat new customers because you are dealing with someone who never goes there, not Kayla? This goes to show how many people yall mistreat getting confused with who's leaving the bad review. And if this is your response to someones bad review, proves my point! Y'all have 0 respect for new customers) I was here the other day. Me and my friend were asked by a group of grown men to play a game of pool. As I shot my first shot I heard one of the men getting aggressive and talking to me in a very rude manner. Pretty sure he goes by Dustin Burton! Confused as to why he's acting like a child, I asked staff if they were gonna do anything and y'all actively ignored me, continued to clean glasses and allowed a grown man to threaten to put hands on us etc. For simply not knowing how to play pool correctly! I had not even met this guy yet for him to act out! But this was a game of favoritism. Then when we decided that we were not gonna be disrespected and went to leave, tab paid! The manager disrespectfully told me "your gonna tell her she better pay for this shot or ain't welcome back" You mean the shot that she said nvm to and said that we were leaving cause no one wanted to step in! But y'all did not care to listen when I was tryna seek help from the manager and staff to control your bar. So why would y'all listen to her saying nvm to the shot!?!?! We paid for the shots we didn't take anyways that we said nvm to before it was made. And y'all allowed a full grown group of men to aggressively talk and threaten 2 grown women from your bar. I never go there but when I do I can't help but notice how yall treat people! Let alone I've heard how you talk about others when they do leave. My family and friends went in there last night to celebrate my 50th Birthday! When we got there the waitress was not friendly and snarky to start with. I ordered a drink from the bar and it tasted like a strawberry lemonade without any alcohol! Everyone ordered burgers with sides and mine was a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Everyone got theirs but they forgot to make mine. When I finally asked about mine they were like oh crap we are working on it. What? My food should have been brought out with the table. I was not happy and raised some hell. By the time they brought my food out everyone at my table was done eating. The table next to ours got their food before I even got mine. The manager apologized for the mixup and making a lot of excuses . The food my table ate was good but the food I finally got was not! It was greasy and no flavor. I know people make mistakes but from the time we walked in to the time we left it was not a good experience. I will not go back. I visited from out of state. Looking for a place to play billiards, I lucked upon this wonderful gem. Even on a weekend, I had no problem finding my own table and later joining some locals for some friendly challenge games. They have 5 Diamond tables, 4 7 footers, one 9 footer, all in good shape and level. The patrons and the staff were all extremely friendly and the staff was more than welcome to answer all of my questions. My only regret is that this bar does not exist in my city. But I'll be back when I'm in the area! Thank you especially to Adam Morano. He went above and beyond to welcome me and help make my experience wonderful.

I almost forgot... Unlike most bars, Morano's plays music from the jukebox even when patrons are not paying for the music. That is very rare these days and very appreciated. I did put money in the jukebox and the only difference was the volume increased slightly during my "paid-for" songs. To say that the atmosphere is wonderful is an...
