When we go to Teeter we always stop and get a Starbucks coffee. We both got our usual and one iced one hot. As usual they're out of raspberry again. That gave me a :-( immediately. While we waited an awful long time to get our coffees didn't seem like the girls in the back or in sink. We took a drink of our coffee and through them away I spent almost $20. And we did our shopping spoke to a few friendly people and by the time I got out to the car I was throwing up everywhere from just those big swallows I took. I don't think I'll be going back to the Starbucks at Harris teeter again. This isn't the first Starbucks I've noticed that or not up to par on their jobs I don't know if it's because the new people are they just don't care I don't think they even put the coffee in my drink. It tasted like almond milk and syrup It was awful. I would like a refund. $20 isn't easy to come by nowadays especially when you're disabled...

Even though I am not a daily, sometimes not even weekly customer, yesterday she remembered me and my drink. And this isnât the first time. How she guesses which specialty drink I'll choose on any given visit, I have no clue. But, before I could even finish paying, my venti coconut milk latte with one pump hazelnut (sometimes it is a chai instead, and sometimes I choose french vanilla), was finished and handed to me with a smile and warm greeting.    Read moreWe have been to this location 3 times in the past few weeks. One experience was fantastic, friendly, fast, and the best cold foam, hence the two stars. The other two were the exact opposite. They only blended the cold foam for a few seconds and it completely just melted into the drinks. Furthermore, whoever is the manager here treats her employees horribly, loudly yelling at and scolding them during a time when the location wasnât even busy so we find it hard to believe they were doing anything wrong. Further, she does not look at you while ordering (too busy scribbling on a piece of receipt paper) and therefore has to reenter your order 3 times. Overall very rude to customers...
