Very disappointed in this store. We arrived there on 5/19/2024 and try to order our food while The the guy at the counter just totally ignored us for like 10 minutes with his back towards us. Finally he took her order whispered so low and acted like he hated life and hated to be there. Finally gotour order in which then finally came out was incorrect. Hated to send it back at this time of his attitude brought us our food threw it down. Basically , on the table all the food wasn't there. Asked where the rest of it was and he stated to be here in a minute. Never was ever treated at any other tuders in the area. This way people kept walking in and he was sweeping the floors and ignored everybody. Finally one lady asked. Are you open? He said yeah I'll be there with you in a minute. Well that was 10 minutes later and he still wasn't there. Then I went back to try to get an extra cup of coffee or refill. He stood there and just stared at me for 5 minutes. And I finally said can I bother you for an extra cup of coffee? Yeah very poor attitude just like he was hating life. I'll never ever go back to this Fayetteville store again. If you want a good store, go to oak Hill West Virginia or go to Summersville West Virginia. Excellent service and excellent food. I never ever usually have to report anything, but I did send a complaint in on this gentleman. We got there at 5:51 p.m. and they said it didn't close till 7:00 so they had plenty of time. But he was hating it that people kept coming in. It was like he was wanting to close up the store and get out early. But that didn't happen. That's dinner time. Let's get real people are going to come and eat. My advice is move on to the next store. It's not that far down the road I contacted customer complaint. Let's see if I get any...
Read moreNot much to say except I was really disappointed. I asked about the roast beef dinner and it look like it was a sandwich with mashed potatoes and green beans on the menu. Well that was not the case. They served me a glob of mashed potatoes and some roast beef between two slices of bread. Then they drenched it all in brown gravy. It was so loaded with gravy you wouldn't have tasted anything else. The guy told me that he tried to warn me that it was loaded with gravy but that's not what the picture looked like. I tried to move some of the gravy from the dish but that was not happening. Thought about taking it back to the counter since I was charged an extra $2 for a tomato and an onion. Talked to the guy to ask him why it was more expensive than on the menu and he had assured me when I ordered the tomato, lettuce and onion on top of the roast beef thought it would not be any extra charge. Yet I paid over $15 for this pile of goo that I just left. I told the guy it was the worst food ever. I will never go to another one of their...
Read moreIts snowing outside, you throw your grandmothers quilt she made for you in the dryer. You set the dryer to delicate so not to put too much strain on the quilt (this is of course the only thing she left you after she passed). Hearing the kettle start to whistle you take it off the burner and grab that special tea blend you friend recommended to you. This blend is the only loose leaf tea you use now since your friends accident. As the tea starts to steap in the hot water of the color changing mug you got for your 15th birthday, the dryer stops. Pulling the quilt out you wrap it around your shoulders, grab the tea, and sit down in the old rocker your father made you. It squeaks as you do so and smile as you remember your father who is now gone, trying tirelessly to get rid of that squeak. You sip the tea, settle into the chair, and wrap the wamp quilt around you. You watch the snow fall for the evening as the sun sets. This is what Tudors Biscuit World food...
