Disgusting ppl pulled up to the window being as nice as I can be and polite as I can be I asked for fresh food they laughed and giggled about It said sure I will give you fresh food, no problem, laughing and giggling as if I said something wrong when they gave me the food it was disgusting n cold I asked them can you please stop playing with my food and redo my food they took 20 minutes never came back. I had to go inside to get the food once I seen the food it had fingerprints inside of it. Nasty looking presentation disgusting Nails just nasty. Filthy the person who actually did my refund had the nastiest attitude. Her fingernails was dirty. Everyone uniforms was Filthy mean they don’t go home and wash it at no given time. The place was empty, which should have gave me clues to just go somewhere else to eat because these people can’t even make time to make one person satisfied there was No line so they didn’t have to rush. Read moreIn the past few months, this Wendy's is going downhill quickly. Recently, I was in their drive thru, I pulled up to the menu board. I was told that they were changing shifts, and it would be a five minute wait. I looked behind me and there was no vehicles waiting in the drive thru behind me; so, I replied, that is fine. I will wait. I waited for 15 minutes. I then yelled, have you completed your shift change? I received a response, she is counting the drawer now, it will be just a second. Meanwhile, people are pulling away and looking at me like I am the bad guy. What seemed to be a minute later, a lady says, Ma'am can you come inside? You are going to have to come inside to place your order. I was not happy, but I went inside to order. I then noticed that they started taking orders through drive thru again, and the cashier at the front counter tells me that she is about to "close down." She then messes up on my drinks, tries to give me a frosty that was sitting on the counter when I walked in. She also puts my name down as Tiny. Then a guy comes up to the counter and yells, Tiny. Read moreThis place just keeps getting worse. Not sure who's really at fault. The area, store managers, or Wendys as a corporation. Food quality is horrible. Burgers were hard, dry, and usually dark. The bun literally had the square inprint of the patty it sat so long clearly. The box of fries weren't even half filled and they were definitely old. Spent 30 bucks to trash it as soon as we saw it. Because of the management at this particular store, we knew taking it back would have been a joke. The guy taking the order wasn't the worst we've had but the same manager, female, Small build, with glasses. eating food in plain view of the guests and other staff just hanging out. With no regard to anything going on. For some reason this store is never properly staffed and out of product all the time. Management shows know true leadership and could care less about resolving issues appropriately. Staff members are very weak in the area of work ethic and show no pride in themselves let alone their work ethic. They are usually unsanitary in appearance and during guest interactions. Extremely dissatisfied and will give this store no more chances. Thursday night was our last visit. I hope Wendy's Corporate is more attentive to the people they have running their stores...
