Arby's — Restaurant in Federal Way

I'm amazed they have 4 stars because this is the worst fast food restaurant I've been to. I have gone several times because it's the only one in Federal Way, but it's terrible. The drive through line takes forever no matter when you go so expect a half an hour wait and going into the restaurant is not an option even though we've been in phase 3 for a while. When you do get your food check it because they get my order wrong more than half the time. Once they made me park and wait for another 20 minutes after 20 minutes in the drive through and insisted I take an order that wasn't mine. They actually walked into the restaurant when I denied it and brought the same bag out to me to try again. I've been here about 15 times In the 4 years I've lived in Federal Way and only had a couple of good experiences. Now I will just drive out to Auburn if I just have to...

We usually do not have any major problems when coming to this Arby's.

Last night the roast beef on the sandwiches was almost non existent, the chicken was not thick and juicy on the cordon bleu but flat, dried out, and fried so much the exterior of the breading was an extremely dark brown. I would almost assume that are using a different manufacturer for their breaded chicken due to how thin they were and that since they were so thin did not require the normal cooking time which was why they were so overcooked and dried out.

The staff seemed friendly but another woman went up to complain about the same thing we were going to regarding the lack of meat on her sandwich so we decided to just provide the review instead and hope that they work to improve the quality of their food preperation for the next...

Just went in to use the restroom and after being in there for no longer than 2 minutes someone was banging on the door loudly and screaming "maintenance"! I replied, " yes, can I help you?". They then, extremely rudely, ordered me to leave the restroom "right now!" I was doing nothing wrong except existing as a homeless person at the moment. There was no reason for these employees to treat me this way and I am deeply offended. I hope they don't treat all 'homeless' people this way but my gut tells me they do. This is just plain sad and happens way too often. It is common to treat the homeless as less than human and it's not right. We are people too. We have feelings too.
