Pho Bach's Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Federal Way

The pho here is really good, Idk what they add to their broth but it’s delicious- we’ve been coming here for years. SERVICE ISNT GREAT but that’s if the older woman, skinny, dark hair is working. I don’t know if she’s the owner because if she is she truly needs to work on her customer service skills and probably fake a smile here and there. She doesn’t even say “you’re welcome” or even acknowledges you when you say “please” and “thank you” my 5 year old is more respectful. As soon as we walk in and see her we’re disappointed but we stay cause we only come here for pho BUT We’ve recently found another spot in federal way it’s called PHO FUSION & GRILL at twin lakes area I highly recommend service is SO MUCH better than pho bach and broth is really really good. Now, If pho Bach will stop letting this lady waitress then my rating will be so much better... anyway The owner at pho fusion is really nice and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in- total opposite from this lady. PHO BACH please speak with this woman, I would love to come back and not see her taking my order, her attitude has always been like that and I’ve been coming here...

Decided to try this place and was a bit disappointed. Half way through my pho I ended up not feeling well. Nothing seemed to taste weird but wouldn't be the first time getting sick from pho that didn't taste bad. I didn't throw up and faded away shortly after I left. So not sure what happened there. Also when entering I saw the lady working there and she saw me, I was expecting her to greet me in some way, but instead looked at me like what am I doing here.. then I asked, I eat here? She looked confused and repeated, you eat here? For a slight second I thought she was gonna say no but pointed to a table. After sitting down the table was super sticky. They don't have chili oil!!!! How can you eat pho with no chili oil, that should be illegal lol. If this place had chili oil would I try it again, maybe... but since they don't, I won't. I've went to try different places in the past, but always checked to see if they served chili oil, and if they didn't I didn't eat there. This time I really should have...

This was our first time eating here and it will definitely be our last. I was disappointed to read all the reviews spoke of “great service” and a “friendly staff” because that was not our experience at all. The waitress was an older woman- probably the owner and upon arrival did not even greet us. We sat down at the table and she just left the menus there on the table for us to pass out to each other and walked away. Not an acknowledgement, nor a hi. We ordered an appetizer and when the bbq pork came out it was as if it had been heated up in the microwave because it was frozen in the middle. As we were there sitting waiting on our food a few other customers walked in and were greeted with a smile and warm welcoming. She never came to check on us we had to call her over to fill our water cups. The food was okay the broth was good and they had decent prices. But as I said before we will not be returning to...
