My experience was horrible. Several things happened. A customer ahead of me complained one meatball on her sandwich was smaller than the rest of them. Employee Kassandra removed the meatball (which had remnants of condiments form the sandwich on it) placed it back in the metal container with the other meatballs, and placed a new meatball on the sandwich, (very unsanitary for the meatballs in the metal container). Next I ordered a meatball sandwich plain with nothing on it (meatballs & bread only) Kassandra prepared my sandwich using the contaminated meatball from the previous customer's sandwich. A 3rd customer ordered 2 sandwiches one was a meatball sandwich with everything on it. Since there were 3 meatball sandwiches being ordered between 3 customers ,when it came time to pay I specifically asked the cashier Hillary was she giving me the correct sandwich? (the plain one), she looked me in the face, lied to me and stated "Yes" . I paid for the sandwich, I was charged twice for it, it turned out she gave the customer ahead of me my plain sandwich, gave me the other customer's sandwich with the works on it, charged me twice for one sandwich, charged the other customer once for 2 sandwiches. After the other customer was handed the incorrect sandwich (my sandwich) she open it, sneezed accidentally, brought it back to Kassandra, informed her it was incorrect, Kassandra took it back, rather than making me a new sandwich she started laughing as she was re wrapping the contaminated sandwich and handed it to me, (extremely unsanitary). Nest I informed Kassandra & Hillary that I was overcharged (charged twice for 1 sandwich) they both began arguing with me and started speaking in spanish so that I wouldn't understand their conversation. After I waited for about 1.5 minutes of the spanish conversation they both came back to english, realized I was overcharged, rather than issuing me a refund (either charging it back to my debit card or handing me a cash refund) they both had trouble attempting to issue me a refund, Kassandra decided to steal my refund amount from the plastic square-shaped tips bucket on the counter. Just to reiterate my horrible experience at the 34520 16th Ave Federal Way, WA Subway Located inside Walmart. I was issued a sandwich with cross-contamination on it, I was charged twice for it, I was lied to regarding if it was the correct sandwich by Hillary, I was laughed at because it was returned by another customer after being sneezed on & re wrapped by Kassandra, the conversation was switched to spanish so that I wouldn't understand it, and the cash refund was stolen from the tips bucket by Kassandra. Needless to say I will never visit this location again & advise friends, family, and coworkers not to visit this location. Extremely Poor...
Read moreFirst of all, as of the date of this review (6-6-2024) the franchise owner of This subway is accepting coupons (one per visit as stated on the small print of the mailed coupons). Second, the ladies working were very helpful and friendly despite me having a difficult order. 10/10 for these two employees. Third, the wraps now use a sort of rectangular flatbread rather than a tortilla. Forth, Avocado is $0.75 per scoop extra so make sure to tell them how many scoops you would like.
For those who are unaware (as i was) there are at least two Subway franchise's in the Federal Way area. The other Franchise does not accept coupons (as is their right due to the "at participating locations" small print on the...
Read moreSo if 0 stars were a thing I would give this place 0 stars. I ordered two sandwichs a BMT with jalapenos on toasted bread and a Black forest ham sandwich also toasted. Both were ice cold and the BMT literally had 4 jalapenos on it. I called them and they proceeded to tell me that their toaster was broken, I asked why they didn't have that posted on their site or atleast in the notes and the guy hung up on me. That's totally great customer service. I work in a Safeway deli and if I hung up on a customer I would be fired...
