Durring a slow time they forgot to put sour cream on my burrito. I went in to have it fixed. They did not put sour cream on my burrito again. I dont think she understood what I was saying. It happens. I'm giving them 2 starts for the health code violations. When I went in to get my food fixed what appeared to be the manager who had gloves on took my half eaten burrito over the counter... THEN continued to make other people's food with the same gloves she had on after touching my part eaten food...
Edit. Alright I tried. If I could give this place no stars i would. The only "pro" about this place is the constant "ok" customer service. I have had nothing but terrible experiences every time I come which is usually when it's really slow! My orders are always wrong. I had to repeat myself so meny times! They could not understand what I was saying or asking for. The language barrier is to much for a person who is supposed to be a "manager". The same manager in the store could not even tell me when they were going to have a new product available when they are advertising it as available on their menu. managers are usually up to date and knowledgeable about their store. I placed a future pick up order for a specific time on the Taco Bell app and when I had gotten to the restaurant at the exact time I indicated I wanted to pick up my order the app said that my order was ready but when I went inside and was greeted by one of the workers I was told that they hadn't made my order and that "they were going to start it now because they didn't want it to be cold when I arrived." I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be completed. Upon confronting a worker about my order not being ready and the app stating my order was ready I was informed they don't make the order until the customer arrives. Read moreSitting in drive thru my husband and I watched an employee pick her nose without her mask on. She then helped a customer who we think was a door dash or Uber ears pick up. She immediate got up when he shows her his phone and she walked back to the food area where the cashiers were. We could not tell if she was getting the order or if she was just telling someone but there was no way she went and wash her hands because she was back sitting down again.
