First time visitor. Went in, ordered a strawberry lemonade with peach flavor, a classic breakfast sandwich, and a large orange juice. $40. The drinks were a mixed bad, the OJ was pretty good but not $17 good. The other drink was so so. On initial contact I asked if they could just make a fruit bowl with no smoothie granola or toppings and I was told no.
Filled with so much ice That it seemed more like a small than a large. The classic sandwich was awful. Frozen solid in the middle and small. Like smaller than Whitecastle small. Charitably 2.5ā square than was maybe 1ā tall. Aside from it being tiny and frozen is was very bland. Same price as a similar sandwich at Starbucks, only 1/4 the size. Service was a little off putting. I was the only one in the store, but the cashier spoke in a mindless drone monotone. There was seating for 2 inside the bar, the rest was unremarkable.
The juicer they used looked like a small hydraulic press, but the same quality beverage can be attained by even a small hand press. Looked like it took about 21 oranges to fill the cup. The OJ was the best thing I ordered, but it was also the most expensive OJ Iāve ever paid for, and was no where near as good as what a $6 cup of OJ in SOCAL was. At the end of the day, it tasted like typical medium sized oranges, nothing special.
I probably will not revisit. At the price point they are at, it would be cheaper to get your own off the shelf juicer and fruit than a single visit. Just not worth the price tag. There was no redeeming value offered by the location, service, and ambiance.
Last item of note. This is absolutely not the kind of place one would tip at, yet it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is 7:27 on November 10, 2017. I just had the rudest service by the two employees working. They were not friendly or welcoming. I walk in two hours before close and all of the juice machines are being cleaned already. The chairs are already up as if they were about to close. And when the girl made the drinks she didnāt even call our name, she just sat them down and went back to cleaning. I happened to look up and notice them sitting there. I used to work at Jamba Juice, and even had to do manager duties while we didnāt have one. I know this is not acceptable, and not how they were trained. Cleaning the machines early looses production as the freshly squeezed drinks cost more. My experience tonight totally turned me off, and makes me not want to come back to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst customer service Iāve had at a Jamba Juice location. I ordered an aƧaĆ bowl the employee finished making it and handed it to me. I thanked her of course. I was wanting a little honey as one of the toppings yes I asked after she handed it to me which I Made sure to be really sweet when I asked for honey on my aƧaĆ bowl and she took my bowl with an attitude and dumped so much honey on my aƧaĆ bowl it looked like the bowl was drowning in honey she gave me the worst attitude after she handed the bowl over to me. Wonāt be going to this location again thatās for sure. & mind you there were no customers waiting in line so me asking for a little honey shouldnāt have been much...
