Super Supplements — Local services in Federal Way

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and pointed in the direction of one of the items I was looking for, which was nice but not even 5 mins later the lady approached me again to see If I found what I was looking for I said yes but there is a few other things I'd like to check out as well and I wanted to look around a bit before buying anything. Those lady's did not leave my side the whole time I was there! I everytime I turned around they weren't more than a few feet away trying to act like they weren't staring me down the whole time before I looked back at her. Even after purchasing the items I decided on buying ($30 worth of merchandise), the women who checked me out at the cash register, after following me around making me feel like some outlaw that was about rob the super supplements store for all their super amazing over priced vitamins, she actually followed me out the store and watched me get into my car and drive away, like really lady?? What did you do..? take down my license plate just incase i shoved something down my pants the one time you turned your head away from me for 2 seconds?? No!! its because your a rude, old, super judgemental person! AND I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT SUPER SUPPLEMENTS, EVER AGAIN, NOR WILL ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY OF MINE!! And I really hope that older women that had the dark red hair and glasses gets put in her...

They shipped an auto delivery to an old address that I updated 2 years ago. The rep confirmed my shipping and billing address were not the address they shipped to. I was assured it would be escalated, rerouted back to the warehouse, refunded and resolved. The 2nd rep a few days later assured me it would be escalated again and that this time I would get the call back I was promised on the first call. The 2nd rep said we'd likely have to wait for delivery to the wrong address, and hope the recipient drives the package back to the store, and THEN I'd be refunded. After 9 days, the package was delivered 1400 miles away from my home, I was never refunded and never received that promised phone call. I had to turn to my credit card company for a dispute, change my card number, and update all my auto billing elsewhere. What an unbelievable hassle. Good products, but I'll never...

This place is very organized and clean they have so many I'm talking so many snacks protein bars drinks energy drinks pre-workout water smoothies you name it they have it and they have beef sticks that are to die for... And the gentleman that worked July 17th, at 12:45... He was very knowledgeable and very very 🙂 nice. I highly highly recommend this...
