Just start up with. I went through drive through a lot of time. My order is not a very easy order. Because my kids always have to have things changed on their food. So by the time I get up to the speaker. I have set my head on my kids. Special things they need done to their food so automatically. When the person asked when I take your order. I tell them I have a large order and I will let them know when I'm done so. I don't forget when I have to do with the order. Then tell me I'm very sorry, but there's going to be some changes on some of the items.. Next, I asked the person if they're ready for my order. When they are ready? Then I start to place my order. Even though I let them know all this information every time I get done. Placing up to the second order Is there anything else?. It's just gets rather upset even when you have a large order of 5 or 6 people. And you got all these special things you had. And you tell them, will you let him know when you're done? And they still ask you interrupt you. I understand they're trying to get the orders out fast. But I'm trying to get the ones that need be changed into them. The correct way that we were all in the same page. The service was fast and good and the food was warm. And the price we all known our things going up, it's what it is.. But I just wish that they would listen when I tell them. I have a large order and give me a chance to get it incorrectly. So in general, I would say yes. You should stop in this restaurant, give it a whirl. My advice is the people working drive through. Taking the orders need to listen sometimes to the customers to. I know they're trying to push everybody's real quick and make some happy. But sometimes you have a lot special orders, it can make it go even slower if you get interrupted and should try to Rebecca to make sure...
Read moreFood was good, service was mediocre. My experience was that I wanted to order an additional drink and I tried doing that twice after she handed the bag out the window and turned her head and never looked back . I could never get her attention again before she shut the window on me saying excuse me at least twice!
It was actually rather odd because I don't think she even looked at us as she held the bag out she was already off on a conversation that was behind her with coworker. So when I discovered that I didn't have any ketchup for my home fries, I am feeling annoyed....because I know what's coming! It usually causes an argument in my vehicle because I'm one to not eat my food if I don't have it the way I like it and of course my roommate he'll never say anything even if his meal is inedible and he throws it in the garbage! He won't say anything ....so if I bring up that my order is wrong or that they forgotten something.... it's a big fight because he doesn't want to go back and feel uncomfortable! Being that he drives usually when we go to Wendy's I don't eat my food 50% of the time because 50% of the time it's wrong! The worst thing is to be confused for someone who's b* when all I want to do is be the customer who has a good experience and their orders right ,their receipt is correct, and they have silverware and ketchup, sauce etc.... For some reason that seems to be an awful hard thing to do at any fast food restaurant but I'll have to say especially Wendy's lately. We went back around to the window . She saw us. She made an "o crap what do they want face" and gave us like 10 ketchups! Eight more than I needed.
....And that was my experience Sunday morning the 6th,of 0ct. Around 6am-ish. Sprite, cinnabons, a chicken bacon breakfast sandwich home fries and a vanilla...
Read moreThis experience was the worst part of my day after thinking packing and moving was sure to be it. I spent close to an hour to get my order and be disrespected at the same time. The Wendyâs app is ridiculously frustrating. Had my order ready to submit while I was on my way to this location, half way there the app crashed. Pulled over to place order again and the app just didnât work. I had to submit an order as a guest online.(means I didnât get rewards) so I wouldnât bother trying to order through their app. When I arrived, there was no line, everyone siding in had their orders. They have a screen that shows orders In progress and ready orders. I figured my name should show up on this screen if ready. I waited for at least 25mins until I checked with an employee just to find out that it has been sitting on the rack. Name did not pop up on the screen or called out. Finally looking through my order, they missed not only an order for 10 cookies but 4 sandwiches I ordered. When asked about my order the manager was sent to help me. Not only did she came by, an employee shows up behind her feeding her some candy(literally fed it to her) while helping me and another customer behind me waiting to order. I tell you this was very unprofessional and disappointing. She got the sandwiches and I watched her pack up the cookies. I made the mistake of trusting her only to get home and she gave me different varieties of cookies instead of what I ordered(chocolate chip cookies). This goes to show that the management doesnât care about the customers and have zero respect for better service. The worst experience in any fast food Iâve ever had. I will not waste my time...
