Supplement Superstore — Local services in Fenton

I have been shopping at S2 for a few years now. I would buy protein for my husband for Father's day or would sometimes go in for energy drinks or a Quest bar. But more recently my young teenage daughter, who is extremely athletic, has had problems keeping her weight up. A combination of three things began endangering her health. 1. She was growing taller. 2. She was in a few competitive dance teams as well as a school-based dance team, and 3. She didn't know how to consume enough food to maintain her weight and health. After receiving some medical oversight, we visited S2 and explained the situation we were going through to Gage and his staff. They recommended several calorie-dense healthy products. We have been making many of the protein-based treats, protein powders, and nut butters a staple diet in our household. We still get guidance from the Adolescent Medicine department at Cardinal Glennon, but I'm happy to say that our daughter is on an upward trend with her BMI, back to health. The most important part of the store experience isn't the products - it is the encouragement of the staff. They take the time to actually listen and provide the subject-matter expertise. Gage even helped us look up a recipe for Soft Serve Ice Cream on the 1st Phorm Instagram during yesterday's visit (My husband participates in the community work-out at 1P Headquarters and tried some there - and he had to have it again!). So, to 1st Phorm and Supplement Superstores, our family extends a THANK YOU for your unwavering effort to increase brand loyalty and exemplary customer service that not only satisfies the customer, but sometimes goes so far as to help save a life.

Hi S2 family,

It takes hard work and dedication to remain motivated. Day in and day out we have the brunt of the world on our shoulders. As if that is not enough we experience let downs, and the negative judgement of others, which tends to quickly navigate us away from our goals. I am speaking from personal experience. Just recently i was released from prison with the fear that i would no longer be excepted in the fitness community, let alone society as a whole. let me tell you how wrong I was, and trust me when I say fear is a liar. The day I got out I knew in order to keep up with fitness out here I needed a meal plan, plus supplements, so I went to no where else other than Supplement Superstores! When i walked in the door I met Jicky, the store manager. That man made me feel like my life mattered, and that i could still make a positive impact in the fitness community. He gave me an awesome, affordable meal plan, and some good supplements to get started with. I left feeling like family! Every time I walk into S2 anywhere I go I feel like I have known them my whole life. Fear told me that I was an outcast and S2 told me that they had my back, and was more than excited to help me not only get back on track, but stay there.

I don't have the luxury of making regular trips to this spot. Though I grew up down the street from it unfortunately I moved to the west coast for my career and they don't have one anywhere nearby. You'd think would upset me, not being able to get easy access to my 1st Phorm CTC and Juicy Watermelon. On the contrary, I actually see Supplement Superstore as somewhat of a cheat meal. Typically I go home to visit 2-3 times per year and when I do I stop by, and like a kid in a candy store I stock up, always bringing an extra suitcase just for the products I get there (mostly 1st Phorm). The friendliness of the workers there is unparalleled and the patriotism is equally unmatched. Never before have I experienced a company that takes the time and effort to handwrite cards to its customers wishing them well and checking in. It's such an incredibly cool thing to do and much appreciated. Living and working in Hollywood can be tiresome. Lots of just just flat out fake people. But, getting to visit this store gives me a welcome reminder of the American Spirit and makes my trips home to see the family that much sweeter. Doesn't hurt that the ingredients in every product I purchase there make me feel like superman. Lol. Love you guys. Keep up the good work. See ya around Christmas time for...
