KFC in Fenton, MO. I went in this store on May 3, 2023. I ordered my food online at 12:01 PM and told me if you’re ready for quick pick up at 12:16 PM when I got in the store there was no one at the register along with another lady that was complaining about her food in the drive-through. They gave her her money back and her food for messing up her order and there’s another guy waiting to order the one manager help that girl, but didn’t bother to ask me or the other guy if we needed help with anything so after I stood there for another 10 minutes until I finally asked for someone else helping and finally a woman came up there and helped us, well helped him and I told her that I was waiting to get my order through quick pick up and she waited on six other people and they all got their food before I got my food at 12:42 and when they handed me my food didn’t tell me sorry or anything just handed me my food and turn around and walk off. I mean they could’ve said I’m sorry or anything I’m very understanding because I’ve worked for the food business myself but to not even acknowledge that I’ve been standing there watching employees going back-and-forth to the bathroom and no one speaking to me at all. That’s crazy. I would not recommend this store at all and I hate that because I love KFC. I just wish someone would acknowledge what I went through the other day. I’m just floored with the running of that store. And I know that I’m not the only person that this has happened to or has had a bad experience there because the customers were complaining when I walked in the door about the service upfront but I ordered my food online and didn’t know about it until I walked in....
Read moreIf there was zero stars that's what I would put. I have went to this location for many years and in the last 6 months I have had 2 bad experiences. Most if management and other employees act like customers are a hassle. The management young girl (don't know name) and management Carrie are the most unprofessional and rude that I have ever seen. I have went 2 times to get my replacement meal and they can't seem to comprehend how to handle it. Its really not that hard they need retrained or fired. The first time Carrie tells me I have to come into the store for a replacement meal why I don't understand you just say your name. She couldn't find my name in their complaint book and also give me 3rd degree questions like I was lying and she was rude. So I call upper management Donna again and she says its right in front of the book and she explained it to them again. I go there today to try this again and management girl first says my name isn't in there. I said yes it is so she gets the book again finds me and says what's my order cause it says free meal. I say its what I ordered - I am the only order in the screen in the drive thru and its $5.41 and she acts like she's confused. First visit they were out of biscuits and crispy chicken which of course is what we like so we wasted 35 $ on what they had left :( Second visit was last night 10/17/19 and AGAIN they had NO white meat so I ordered strips and was told they'd give me extra for the inconvenience instead I was charged for the extra meat, get home and my sides were incorrect. Even worse I call the store and the Manager was less than helpful so I asked for and contacted the Corporate Office and was told Id receive a call back today and NO call! NO need to call we will NEVER go here again!! Lee's or Popeye's will get our business from this moment on! We eat out often due to schedules so they have truly lost out!
