I liked my experience at this bar, even though I don't frequent many these days because of the violence that's happening so often, but the atmosphere here is great. The people in attendance where friendly and the staff was friendly. I attended a Birthday/Cancer Free party that night and it was also 2 more parties there that nite and they had each one in a different section of the bar which was fine. But the total space of the bar is limited but they did well with us being separate parties. The only thing I had a problem with was having to buy our own drinks even though it was a booked party, which where a lil pricey for a bar I think. I purchased 2 drinks 1 mixed and 1 stright up which cost over $20 without a tip. The food here today, my first time trying was BEYOND delicious, I got the shrimp pasta with broccoli on the side, my son got shrimp/filet combo. The pasta was sooo good, seasoned well, flavorful. Everything was hot. We waited about 25 minutes, worth the wait because food was fresh. The bartender with the red glasses that took my order was nice! One suggestion I have, is that there be a greeter at the door or some type of signage to order food. They serve food, there's a bar, and then there's also an event area. When we walked in no one greeted us so we were lost. Holy smokes this place is totally worth your time. We stopped on our way to grab a to-go order. The double cheeseburger is gigantic! Seriously the burger patties had to have been 1/2 lb each and juicy!! My husband (who can eat!) was very happy. I got the steak Philly. Lip smacking good. Probably better eaten at a table and not the car. The meat was thin and nearly melted in my mouth. The mushrooms, peppers and onions were dripping with the sweet nectar of the food gods. Smothered under a hefty layer of melted cheese. Heaven in a Styrofoam box. Do yourself a favor and try this place.
