I’ve eaten raising canes for years in the Midwest and for this to be the first place I’ve had it since moving to Maryland, I was highly disappointed! The food tastes a lot more bland than I remember! The first day, grand opening, was great with the customer service. I knew my order of course but I was also greeted properly with the unique opening. Lines moved rather quickly but there were a few hiccups and small delays. Everyone was trying to pay cash out of one window at the same time which created a hold in my line because although I was at the window waiting to pay, the cashier assisted all her coworkers whom collected cash from other cars first before even acknowledging me. Thought that was a little rude! No hold on, let me take care of my coworkers first, no bear with me or anything. I don’t recall my Caniac combo ever costing $25 dollars either but it could’ve been cheaper in the Midwest, idk! Then the security on the first day was absolutely rude but at least they had security so you kind of have to take the good with the bad in that situation. Now the second time I went was awful in the customer service. Rep taking orders wasn’t familiar with how to work the tablet nor the menu. Almost felt like I was speaking a foreign language the way he kept telling me to hold on and repeat my order and confirm this and telling me bread was an extra charge, sauces are an extra charge, lemonade was an extra charge like goodness! What comes with the meal anymore? And the most upsetting part was the amount of fries I received the second time compared to the first day. Very disappointing! And before they handed me my food, they asked to see my receipt to confirm I paid because it was cash like do you really think I would have made it past the first window and cashier and drove up to the second window all without paying? It felt extremely uncomfortable and I didn’t like the experience at all! And the rep standing outside the window was too focused on asking for a Dr. pepper for herself that she didn’t realize her tone speaking to me was short and sarcastic! I’ll never be back to that particular...

Starters I did not get my receipt didn't know until I got to my destination than I know i ordered 1 box combo and a extra finger my fries were cold and the fingers were bland and that extra finger i ordered i did not receive . I was just leaving work myself just disappointed. When I pulled to the window they as always ask my name for a few seconds it was confusion as I waited i heard a young lady say I dont see her order and she ask me what did I order the other young lady said I got it. I drove away with a smile because each and every time I was more than pleased but tonight I was very...
Read moreThe good - The staff were SUPER friendly and my food was ready fast.
Not good - the menu is EXTREMELY limited and the food was just ok. Not worth the price. For a main dish, the only choice is how many chicken tenders. There is only one kind of dipping sauce, which was pretty tasty. Everything comes with crinkle fries and Texas toast. The only other side is Cole slaw which only comes with larger meals (so I didn’t get to try it). My Texas toast was only toasted on one side. The crinkle fries were ok - soft and a bit greasy. The chicken tenders were bland. All this cost more than a meal at similar places nearby. Given the limited options and higher price for food that is just ok, I...
