Five Guys — Restaurant in Maryland

I walked in & the place was clean, it was clearly very busy & during a lunch rush but still had someone check on the trash... But walked passed the ketchup which was empty that I seen someone else trying to get some from the pump kind. They still had packets so this wasn't an issue for me. Upon my arrival it got very busy very quick so my order took about 15 mins but was hot & fresh when I received it. Fries were a touch over on some fries while some weirdly under so I would have liked to see a bit more consistency but it was minor. My burger was good & the fries had the perfect amount of salt on it so in all, I didn't complain & sat in my car because inside was so packed. I would prefer to see more tables but I understand with covid they're trying to place people further apart so it's not of big concern. I ended up eating a bit much... Got the, I ate so much had to let a button go feeling if that makes sense 😆 lol... But in all, this is a great place that I don't try to make it here a lot, but when I do I'm always happy with what I receive.

Also, orders were going quick & you could see the staff was trying to keep up with it all. While they looked busy they also didn't come across irritated or annoyed which I really appreciated so definitely worth taking the family out to this place or in my case, just a lunch...

Ordered an order for pick up. Wasn’t ready when expected, but no problem. The girl said waiting on fries. No time given. Someone else tried to give us a bag of fries but she said no. I think they were cold but appreciate not getting cold fries. Finally got our order, guy was polite and apologized. Coulda just given a time as to when it would be ready 3 mins, 5. Not a huge deal though but then our order was wrong when we got home and the cheese was left of a burger. That was a little annoying at least make sure our order is correct if we have to wait additional time. No repeat back of order. They didn’t seem to be busy at all. The five guys from where we just moved from was busy all the time, line out the door and always seemed to get the order right, even if it took a little more time,...

Always super friendly, always courteous, professional staff. The Glen Burnie location (as well as Annapolis & Edgewater)is always clean no matter what time of the day u go in, never have messes on the counters, surprisingly for having peanuts you never see the mess from the peanuts on the floor or tables. My food is always fresh, hot & made to order correctly.. My only kinda issue is they are a little high on there prices but your getting fresh burgers w/all the fresh fixings & boardwalk fries which they give you a good portion but the money is sooo worth it.. Thanx 5Guys u rock. Been a faithful customer ever since u opened ur location in Annapolis MD.. I will definitely be back...
