Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Findlay

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this location!! I had ordered 3 giant chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak subs and after waiting 30 minutes, my order still wasn’t ready!! I then asked to speak to the manager. She was VERY RUDE and unprofessional acting like they were so busy, when I clearly witnessed all the employees just standing around. Then she proceeded to tell me that they had messed up one of my subs and had to remake it like it was my fault. I had all my groceries waiting out in my hot vehicle, so this really upset me! When we finally got our subs, they were disgustingly!! The bread was hard and the meat was over cooked, barely had any toppings on the sub! Absolutely ridiculous! I placed on online order for 9 cold sandwiches before 11:00. The online receipt indicated that the order would be ready around 11:22 but times could vary. And I completely understand this which is why I didn't walk into the store until after 11:30. I was told that the order would need "a little more time". And 12:00 my frustration had reached it's boiling point when the staff told me that the order was "almost ready". Why does it take a staff of approximately 7 people to make 9 cold sandwiches? Most of which were made while I was already waiting in the store. Oh, and they forgot one sandwich. So it was actually over an hour for 8...

I talked to someone on a prior visit before leaving this and just got excuses about the glass and radio. It's weeks later and nothing has changed. Friendly people. Usually Mike food. LOUD. WHAT? IT'S LOUD? You (always) have to yell back and forth with the sandwich maker to get your sub right. Glass is too high. The customer and the maker are too far apart and the place needs noise control. Thats a thing whether it rugs, hanging baffles. Oh, and we need the radio on loud enough to hear over the cimustomer and maker yelling at each other just to make sure its hard to talk.
