McDonald's — Restaurant in Findlay

I absolutely despise this place. I’m a pregnant single mother of two, and this make me cry. I have one boy, and one girl, and her friend was with us. My daughter has adhd and tourettes syndrome, my son has severe anxiety, and autism, and my daughters friend is a transgender female, who was recently in a bus crash and is paralyzed from the waist down. As soon as this worker comes over, she asks “Should you really be eating here? I think you should hit the salad bar. But, I’ll go ahead and get you your quadruple cheeseburger.” I was shook, and I told her I’m actually pregnant. She didn’t believe me, and said I faked my pregnancy, saying that if I lied more then she will kick us out. I ended up having to show her my medical records so I could eat. She started saying things to my son like “You sure need a strong dad to take care of you, where is he?” My son started having a panic attack, since his dad was abusive to us. My daughter said “back off! He’s my brother!” Then the Tourette syndrome kicked in, she bursted out, “aren’t you too old and bald to be judging?” She immediately apologized, but the worker just left. 30 minutes later another worker finally came and took our order, she said that worker #1 said everything was under control. We were all good until worker #1 decided to bring our food. She made it COMPLETELY wrong, and yelled at us for hitting her after. She “accidentally” dropped all of our food ONTOP OF US. We enjoy food from this McDonald's, it's usually hot, fresh & tasty. 😋🍔🍟 We usually get the chicken tenders/strips, and we've not received any sauce (for 2-10 packs of chicken tenders/strips, we should have received about 8 sauces total; we got 0). This has happened 2-3 times now, even though we have asked for it. It had showed up on the screen & on the receipt, and we also asked at the window to make sure they put it in the bag, (since it had happened before), only to find out once we got home that there wasn't any sauce in the bag. We must compliment the quality of the chicken though (we haven't had any gristle or anything questionable). The breading is excellent-very crispy (even reheated as a snack for later!) and the chicken tenders have always been hot & fresh for us. The short wait while it is cooked/fried is worth it. Plus, the brown paper bag with handles that they put our order in is very convenient, as we usually have bags of groceries, etc. from the store to carry in at home as well. Thank you,...

Wish I could give 0 stars. Tried to stop for breakfast this morning, drive thru packed so decided to go inside. Lobby was very busy. Person working the register was also running food to those waiting at the drive through so it it took almost 10 minutes before she took my order. 30 minutes later I finally got my food. I counted at least 6 people working there plus a manager that had no clue what to do. At least 4 people complained about how long they were waiting. I at least expected to have hot food, but received a cold hash brown and a sausage McMuffin with an uncooked egg and have been sick all day after only having one bite. I will never go back. This was actually the second time I had issues there. They park everyone who orders in the drive through and then they have to wait forever for food. It was a colossal mess, but there won’t be a third time. They need better management and some organization and training of employees. Customers should never be served...
