Ming's Great Wall — Restaurant in Findlay

After my one experience of ordering out here I will not be back, ever. As a vegetarian of over 8 years, Asian food has always been a staple in my diet due to the amount of options there are to choose from. I typically order the same thing every time, fried rice and (my favorite) egg drop soup. After moving to Findlay just recently I wanted to try the legendary ‘Mings’ and I have to say I was incredibly disappointed. I’ve been eating egg drop soup since I was a child and I’m now in my late 20’s and NEVER in my life have I ordered an egg drop soup that consisted of PORK. After just a few bites of my soup I found that I was chewing something in my soup, which wasn’t typical, and come to find out my consistent vegetarian diet of almost 10 years was sabotaged by a soup most vegetarians eat due to the fact that it’s one of the few soups that doesn’t consist of meat(just chicken broth). Other than my diet being ruined, the vegetables in my fried rice were hard and not chewable and my fiancé’s shrimp and broccoli consisted of MAYBE 8 shrimp. I will be telling all my friends/family/coworkers about my experience at Mings. If your soup is going to contain meat you should probably specify it...

I am new to the Findlay area so I am relying a lot on reviews. I love a good Chinese place so when I read the reviews on Mings I though I had found my go to spot. Sadly this was not the case. I ordered food for my friends and I. We got their egg drop soup, chicken and broccoli, the speciality egg rolls and chicken lo mein. Everything smelled so good when I picked it up and the pricing was not bad at all. However the food was not that great. I hated that water chestnuts were in my chicken and broccoli along with bamboo. The flavor was good but it's called chicken and broccoli for a reason....not chicken and vegetables. The egg drop soup was the same way, it had an oDD smell first and foremost and then there was mushrooms and water chestnuts in that as well. It was not the worst Chinese food I have had however for those that say it's the best they have ever had.....I have to disagree with you and encourage you to travel outside of Findlay to really experience amazing...

Completely a mess literally!! Im from out of town and decided to give this establishment a try. As soon as I walk in, there was chaos! Orders were wrong, customers complained and very angry customers that verbally said this place is a joke! Anyways I got my food which they did not have much options, as I recieved my food the young lady seemed confused so I had to ensure my order was correct. The way they pack my food using styrofoam take out containers, they pack my food wrong and yes, you guess right,all the food fell out and into the bottom of the bag. The sauce was allover my vehicle and was a pain to clean. I definitely will not return again and hope the establishment and management work on all of these negative reviews or they will not last long... by the way keep the attitude to a minimum talking bad about other customers in front of new customers is very unprofessional. I can see why the other customers were frustrated with your service and do not blame...
