If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people are unaware of their customers. I made a to go order online and pulled up in the drive thru to pick it up, and they told us to come to the window, then they said to pull around to park in front of the store. We waited 20 minutes, and in those 20 minutes we saw through the window the workers standing around, talking, like they’re just chilling and they also kept staring at us, one guy was pointing at us. Someone came out with a bag of food, asked for my name and said oh it’s the wrong order. And then she went to another car. Then she went back inside. We wait another 10 minutes, then decided to go to the window. The lady at the window said can I help you with something? We said yeah, we’ve been waiting for our order for 30 minutes total. She had my order in her hand as she asked what can she help us with. And then she handed it to us and we asked her what took it so long? She sighed and said “because I have minors working”. Didn’t even say sorry apologize offer anything to make it better had no empathy etc. They were all disrespectful, rude, and acted like they were unaware of anything going on around them? So that pretty much sums it up.

Read moreOh no! Negative 5 stars if possible. The floors are quite greasy and slick, so watch your step from the moment you walk in. After using the restroom and allowing my hands to air dry (no paper towel, no machine) I began to check the menu to see what I would like to eat (It's been a long time) They must be changing stuff since they kept pulling the menu boards out, but no worries I can check the others whilst you do your thing. Then I heard over the speaker a gentleman in drive thru who must have been unsure if anyone was inside or not when he asked "hello?" Then came a chorus of mocking hellos from the people working. Some unintelligible smart comments, and a "I am not taking his order, he can wait" later, and I left. Why would I want people like this making my food? This is a dirty Arby's with employees that do not like you the customer. So do them a favor and eat somewhere else.

Read moreI'm posting this not as indictment on the brand, or necessarily even this location, but my drive thru experience wasn't great the 1st time dealing with this location. The curly fries (normally one of the reasons I might choose Arby's) were cold. I ended up tossing them when I got home. The Market Fresh sandwich was adequate, but the fries literally left a bad taste in my mouth that it sullied the entire experience. Additionally, I didn't get a receipt so the store number etc for contact or survey feedback isn't readily available. I'm a believer in 'you get what you pay for' and I don't equate fast food with anything beyond convenience, but I don't feel like my $10.36 was money well spent. If this does get back to store management, do with it what you will. I'm not expecting any recourse, but if you are interested in some constructive criticism, this was my observation from this...
