Hahaha. Funny story! They only got a 3 because my chicken quesarito was good. But they forgot some of my order. Now funny story...... carry the store manager(she’s not) at the time, Answered the phone. I explain they have forgotten one of my tacos. It’s like a two dollar taco. no big deal. She says (in the stereotypical Barbie voice), “We can’t do that, I can offer you a free taco for next time. I ask if they can just put the two dollars back on my card that I paid with. I have my receipt with the order number. (I’m not trying to pull a fast one at all) logically I decided that this inconvenience would cost me more in gas to receive another taco at a later date, if I even remembered. So in asking for the return to my card, well, seemed less inconvenient than having to remember I am owed a free taco at a later date. After explaining the situation I say, “in my experience associates are able to remove items not received, from your card purchase......now here’s the funny. I asked for “The Manager” of the store. Now sure technically she probably was the one responsible at the time. But, she took me on as she was the store manager. “I am the store manager” she says, she then tells me to come in the following day to speak with her assistant. Now at this point I’m positive if the transaction is not done before the shift is done I.e. before close. Then, the transaction will have to be done in person I.e. me spending more money on their mistake. I then explain these thoughts to her and she says, “I don’t know how to do it. You’ll need to wait until tomorrow for the ASSITANT!!! Now, at this point I’m lost, thinking she(carebear) was the store manager. Why did she need to ask her assitant how to do her job? well that explains it maybe their assistant should get a promotion and the “manager” a promotion also, to “CUSTOMER”. So after expressing the confusion the “manager” explained that she was a shift manager. Now at this point she (carebear) was irresponsibily rude and very unconcerned about my logic of spending more money on their mistake. She offered no direction. I even asked if she could reach out to a neighboring store just to see if anyone else might be aware of how to help her help me. Her response, (stereotypical sarcasm) “yeah, if we’re not slammed.” I.e. NOPE! MANAGERS ARE THERE FOR QUALITY CONTROL! WHICH MEANS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Considering her role playing abilities I expected nothing less from her. There is a lot more responsibility to being a manager and you obviously can’t handle it. So I leave this message for Tim, Carebear should really be called prickilybear and should consider giving her a promotion.......
Read moreI just got done about a week ago complaining about my Arby’s experience, a couple doors down. I guess this area has really went downhill concerning fast food. Last night after I got off work, I ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos…I get home, and there’s STEAK all in them. I do not like steak and they aren’t supposed to come with steak. No beef in them. The people here are also rude. I feel like a Karen, because this is my second time complaining about a restaurant within a week..but it’s literally their fault. Also the guy at the window is rude. He made me and my friend go back around to get our second to go order because we had 2 of them a few weeks ago. So we had to wait in line again for our second to go order even though they were placed at the same time. They also put onions in my cheese quesadilla a few weeks ago. I’m assuming they’re all high every time I come to get my food. I order my food late at night because that’s when I get off work and I’m super hungry around that time. Just like Arby’s, I won’t be coming back here either. I guess people just treat you however they want to nowadays, and it must not take much to get hired somewhere. I didn’t eat my food. I just went to bed last night instead. I hadn’t ate all day but I have issues eating steak because it’s hard for me to chew and swallow, the meat is too tough for me. Just unbelievable how much these workers just don’t care. I usually don’t complain, but I’m quite fed up with getting the wrong food and having poor customer service experiences. This is my sign to just start...
Read more*Don't go to this Taco Bell. They purposely leave you in the drive thru not taking orders for extended period of time (not 5 minutes, think 30-40 minutes). Thepictures attached were taken at 15 minutes and 30 minutes waiting.
Not only had I not moved, multiple cars got tired of waiting and left behind me, being replaced by new cars waiting. By the time I left, cars were wrapped around the drive thru into the entrance*
Ordered thru app. Got there with 2 cars in front of me. Sat there 15 minutes, no movement. Nobody went inside, nobody moved in drive thru. Waited another 15 minutes. Never moved. Not a SINGLE CAR ordered. Not a single customer walked on or out of the building, and there were only a few cars parked so they were not busy inside. Cancelled order, left line and drove around... No cars waiting for food, but at least 4 people standing inside hanging out joking around laughing by the drive thru window.
Left and went to the Taco Bell on S.R. 37.
Asked the other TBell what was going on over there (concert traffic, understaffing, something that broke and caused it to slow/stop serving)? They looked at their screen that apparently links to other nearby stores and says "they haven't served a drive thru customer in 45 minutes, it's not uncommon".
Unbelievable. When I was there, at least 6 cars left the line. This is the 3rd time I've had a similar experience at this location.
Do not give this Taco Bell your...
