I stopped going to Dunkin’- until I found this location. After being continually disappointed in Dunkin’ serving burnt expresso, I gave up on the company for a long time. I happened to be in a hurry one morning and stopped at this location. I was instantly SO happy to taste my drink and not recoil back at the burnt beverage I got used to receiving. I’ve been back several times to this Dunkin’ and have not been disappointed! I can see that proper training has been applied at this location. The owner clearly cares about serving properly pulled shots and well crafted beverages. I definitely will continue to make an effort to stop at this location. However, I wish this location was the standard for Dunkin’. 9/10 times when I stop at a dunkin’ I am prepared to receive a drink that may not be drinkable. Read moreIn no way, shape, or form in a disrespectful way, I genuinely couldn't understand a word the worker said over the speaker when i was going through the drive thru. It was also my first time going and I did not understand how to read the menu, nor could I find any donuts to choose from outside of the classic and whatever the individual special donut was. When I asked what the donut options were...as you can assume...I could not understand any of them. As someone who's worked in fast food I did just as many others do and simply did not push the issue any further. I did not wind up getting all of my order once all was said and done.

Edit: Very pushy worker. Just got home, incorrect drinks. My order was an Iced Butter Pecan Latte with Oatmilk. Received French Vanilla Swirl. We were the only people in the drive thru...I'll let you connect the dots...
Read moreThis is a great location, good interiors and ofcourse good stuff to eat. But it is at times extremely slow. And the staff does not even acknowledge that they are aware you are waiting. DD definitely needs to train it's staff to handle customer service better at this location. Also, the Drive thru needs serious improvements. The speaker needs to protrude forward, the one taking orders just cannot hear us speak. Also, there needs to be a shade above the drivethru, customers get all wet as soon as car windows are opened. And most importantly, there needs to be proper road markings, stop sign, and direction arrows to avoid a crash of cars getting out of the drive thru and oncoming cars from the service road right after the drive thru, there is a...
