Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Fishers

I rarely gave bad reviews for restaurants. But this place is the worst place that I have ever experienced with so far. The restaurant seems not to have a restroom for customers or normal chairs to sit down for eating. After we ordered pizza, no one stayed over the counter to take care of customers. My friend wanted to ask some questions about using the bathroom. There was no way to get their attention. So he went behind the counter (there was no forbidden sign) and said "excuse me" to try to get some attention from people working there. One staff saw him, brought our pizza and yelled at us several times that "you never come back to this place". How could he be so rude!! Yes, this will be the first time and the last time for our visit. We have been to Jet's pizza before (not this location), and have never had these issues. If you don't know how to serve customers well, please visit your peers, take some training or hire more people. If we knew we would receive this kind of service, we would...

We did not get the deep dish, so maybe that is our fault, but it shouldn't matter. The Hawaiian pizza on hand tossed crust is next to awful. It tastes like nothing. I take a bite, try very hard to discern the different ingredients to justify spending 22 bucks on one pizza, and all that my senses can grasp is the overwhelming smell of parmesan cheese. It literally tastes like nothing, which is weird. Think eating a thick communion wafer sprinkled in hot parmesan cheese. The sauce tastes like nothing, the cheese tastes like nothing, but it sure smells! Stinks, I should say. Not to mention it was overcooked, which I might ignore if it tasted good, but it didn't.

I'd rather buy a Jack's pizza and pay my friend to drive it around the block to get the delivery experience than risk wasting my money on the the least enjoyable $20 I've spent since buying a sack of oregano on accident.

During the last hour of business, the Carmel location was not answering their phone, so I ordered through Fishers and drove more than 20 minutes to pick up my two Pizza order. I paid cash and wasn't really paying attention and realized after the fact that they never applied my discount so I paid MORE than $40 for two pizzas (we usually receive a discount for text orders, plus they had specials. I was not given these specials price or the discount, the guy charged me 100% full price.) They also gave me no receipt 🤦. We ordered an eight piece Hawaiian and a six-piece Duo that had cheese bread with it. Crust was so hard it scraped up the roof of our mouths, the kids hated it, and there was hardly any chicken on the six piece, much less toppings then what I typically get through Jets near me. I will literally never order from this location again, and I wouldn't recommend expecting any better for...
