Year after year I hold hopes on this location to improve. Yet, for 10 years straight it has yet to happen. I LOVE McDonald's, and this particular location is the closest and most convenient to me. So, every few months I give this location a try again, and I am disappointed each and every time. The staff are very unprofessional, and speed of service is slow. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad from the front counter today. My salad only contained lettuce, 2 limes, southwest vegetable blend, and package of dressing, NO tortilla strips, NO cheese, NO cilantro lime glaze, and no one mentioned anything about the missing contents the salad should have contained. Unfortunately I didn't view my salad when it was given to me in a plastic bag. After it was handed to me I asked for croutons because I love McDonalds croutons. It took speaking to 3 separate staff to find out this location no longer carries any croutons for salads. The second staff I asked was a manager who had no idea what croutons are, neither did the team member I asked before him. The third person who is a manager finally confirmed they no longer carry croutons there. It took ten minutes just to get the salad, which was the ONLY thing I ordered. Also, I received NO napkins. I found all of this out when I arrived home. That's what I get for not checking my order before I left. To date I still continue to hold the experience that this location is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited anywhere, including several different Indiana cities, as well as the states of Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan, Georgia and Illinois. The pregnant lady they had working the drive thru window on Monday 10/14/2024 in the morning around 9:30-10am had the worst attitude ever. I feel bad for her bc it must suck being pregnant and working at McDonald's I guess, but there's no reason why she was so upset at me. I could barely understand what she was saying bc she talked so soft; I didn't know she wanted me to pull to another space bc I could barely hear her. When she handed me my drink, and I didn't move, she opened the window and got really crappy with me. I speak Spanish fluently bc I could hear the other women preparing the food talking about how "don't worry, it's right here," therefore, I started talking to her in spanish and apologized for angering her so much. She rolled her eyes so much, I don't know how they didn't fall out her head! Before I pulled off, I noticed not all my food was in the bag so I went inside. While I was inside there were other people missing food also. 2 girls actually had to drive back for their food. A man was waiting for his food and couldn't hear what the number was when they threw it to the front. I told one of the people working there that the girl at the window has an attitude problem and probably shouldn't have her working the window like that. I get it. Read moreWent thru DT and ordered 40 chix nuggets and two large fries all cooked to order so that they would be piping hot when we got home to eat. I expected to be parked to give them time to prepare the cook to order. Red flags and bells went off in my head when my order was handed to me at the window. I asked the window person if that was the cook to order order and she said yes. I tried a fry and it was piping hot so thought great, done right🤷. I was sorely disappointed when we got home (took 7 minutes) and unpacked the bag to find they had topped cold fries with a few hot ones. The chix nuggets were room temp, all four boxes. Sorely disappointed that they lied just to get rid of cold food.
