I just had the worst experience at this location. I ordered the turkey provolone sandwich off the grill which comes with lettuce tomato and provolone cheese. I added that I wanted the spicy brown mustard as well as light mayo… I received a sandwich with just turkey on it. Absolutely nothing else. I go back inside for them to correct my order and instead of making me a new sandwich they hand me a dish with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese and I literally sat there and made my own sandwich in front of the entire staff! As I was expressing my frustrations they are looking at me like I did something wrong, shaking their heads mumbling amongst each other about me and so on! I was issued one lousy very nonchalant “sorry” and that’s it. I have literally never experienced something this terrible in the service industry in my entire life. One of them also said “well you didn’t clarify what you wanted on it …” The sandwich I ordered is on the menu. Read moreThey have the worst mobile pickup service of any restaurant in Fishers. Multiple times I've gone in there after being told the order was ready, gave them the name, and then five minutes later they realized they never even started making the order. They also want the fries to be fresh, which is fine, but you don't start heating them AFTER the rest of the order is ready. A smooth process would involve starting the fries so that they're ready around the same time as the rest of the order. I don't have these problems at other restaurants -- just this one. And they never seem sympathetic to the customer's time. Everybody has to wait in one small area, usually exchanging eye rolls about how slow...
