I seen the stylist Miranda miner I had very bad experience with her she messed up my hair all up I was not happy at all she don't listen very well I said I want it done in the same place she took the color more up so really it's all her fault... I was not happy at all I said can u color the dark more because it was to light she said no I don't have time today u can come back next time whatever I'm not coming back never I did confront her about this I wanted to pay half price she said no we talk about this I give u what u wanted no u did not if a client is not happy u need to take care of them right away she took the full price she was not nice enough I will let u pay half she's snobby to me ...all these stylist just want to take our money and we r not happy... All she said I want u to come back hello if u want me too come back u need to care of my hair needs I walked out un happy and she knew it Please beware of this stylist if aren't happy money comes first to her our hair needs don't She's snobby also.... She asked me who did my hair before well I'm telling the truth the stylist that I went to done way better job I hope u y'all get what u pay for I'm so unhappy I had to put out more money to fix this mess up she cut my hair uneven My hair looks alot better now after I had to go to...

Last October, I started coming to Jackee on a whim. I wasn’t able to get in to my normal stylist for awhile due to schedule conflicts. I was desperate to get my hair done again and found jackee and I was able to schedule a same-day appt. Within the first 5 minutes of being in jackee’s chair, I knew I could trust her. In fact, I never wanted anyone else to ever do my hair again, except jackee. I have now been to jackee multiple times. Not only is she a master in what she does. But, she’s an amazing person. My stylist prior gave me botched layers (w/o telling me until it was done). Jackee gave me multiple options for plans to fix it. She was fully transparent with me. She was able to fix the layers without taking too much hair off. She is very knowledgeable and passionate in what she does. When you’re in jackee’s chair, it’s not just a hair appointment. It can also be a rant/vent sesh, laughs, deep convos. she takes time to get to know you not only in how you like your hair, but also as a person. There aren’t enough words in the world to describe how amazing jackee is. Genuinely, I urge you to take a chance & schedule with jackee & you will understand why all of her clients love her so much. You will not regret it. I LOVE...

This review is specifically for Katie Finley and I wish I didn't have to put her on blast publicly, but she does not stand behind her work and is wholly unprofessional.

I had made 2 appointments with her that she no showed, finally getting my hair cut on the 3rd appointment attempt. I should have known it wasn't a good cut because nothing about how she cut my hair was anything like I was used to, nor did she show me the back like most stylist do.

I wore my hair up in a ponytail for most of the following week due to a busy schedule. The next week though, I was at a work convention and in styling my hair noticed a clump that was at lest 3 inches longer than all the rest. The back was completely uneven and terribly cut. I texted her with a picture and nicely asked if I could schedule a time to get it evened out. No response. I sent a follow up text - no response. I sent an even more direct text about 6 days later and still no response.

So, at this point, I will leave this review here and hopefully others will heed my warning and avoid her. That said, my son and I are now seeking out other stylists as I will never be returning to Salon Lofts (I was stood up by a different incredibly curt/rude stylist there...
