Subway — Restaurant in Fishers

Do not use this location for a large order.

I paid for an order last week, $128, for some party trays for my son's birthday party. Neal told me they deliver for orders over $100, so we gave delivery instructions and time for today. We called yesterday again to confirm the order and delivery time.

Party began today, guests arrived, and no food. 10 minutes past the delivery time we called the store and they told us they had the order as pick-up, and we needed to come get it.

So we had to make room in our vehicle and go pick up the food while our guests waited. This was so frustrating and defeated the entire purpose of us ordering food for DELIVERY. Instead of relaxing and enjoying the party, we had to scramble and leave to go pick up our food. Furthermore, the order was missing cheese and when I called the owner after we got home to request some type of refund, she hung up on me.

Very poor customer service and I would never order from them again...

I visited on October 3rd at 8pm to order three footlongs because my wife had a taste for Subway. When I walked in, a young employee with AirPods, who appeared to be talking to a friend, was behind the counter. He rolled his eyes when he saw me and didn’t say a word when I told him my order. Instead, he just pointed to the “order here” sign without any explanation. As I moved to the designated spot, he continued chatting and prepping condiment bottles, clearly more focused on closing tasks than on helping me. Another customer came in, and after waiting for about four minutes, he just walked into the back while still on the phone, leaving me standing there. I finally gave up and told the other customer, “he’s all yours.” I won’t be going back. I told my wife if she wants Subway, she’ll have to get it...

Check to make sure there is avocado in the squeeze bag before ordering sandwich that includes it. "Sandwich Master" was using all her strength to get avocado squeezed out of bag. She spread a very fine squiggle across the sandwich. When I asked for a little more to be added, I thought she was tossing the bag to get a fresh one - No! She picked up a utensil to slide across the empty bag on counter to try to scrape more out of it. I think the Owner was working counter with her because mayo was also barely put on sandwich and it had plenty in the bottle. A $9 6" Cali Club and so dry, it's barely edible. First and only time here. I guess being located at the edge of the interstate, no need to be concerned with getting...
