You need to work in your delevery orders through postmates and doordash. Idk how many times they've made my delivery person wait over 20 min cause they didn't have any ready and then when I got the order they only made 1 or the 4 I ordered! He waited 20 extra minutes for them to make 1 of 4 ?! Not okay. I keep paying for food I'm not getting and not once have I gotten the sause that comes with the jalapeño bites. Just be more aware or if you have a limit on a item put that as an option. Postmates and doordash give you that option. If you don't have a product don't list it as avaible online. When it says arbys is confirming the order and you don't have said items maybe don't confirm it so I'm not waiting an hour or more for food I'm never gonna get. Read moreThursday June 4th I went to the Arby’s in Flagstaff Arizona around 8 o’clock for a Doordash order. The manager was extremely rude saying I couldn’t pick up the order for my customer through the drive thru. If I would have known drivers couldn’t pick up orders through the drive thru during this PANDEMIC, I would have never picked this place to Dash at. The manager (Black curtly hair guy) kept assuring me that was his procedure. I picked up a order early during the day there and had no problem at all. I figure I should say something because the SAFEST way to pick up any order is through drive thru. This will less the chance for not only me getting COVID-19 and my FAMILY.
