I ordered a pizza and it was 30 minutes late from when they “marked it delivered”. When I called the manger and explained that the food did not arrive like the app said it did, he said they called and couldn’t get ahold of me. I told them I didn’t get a call. He then stated a number that I didn’t have or ever had, and it was not like it was a number off. I didn’t recognize the number. I told him that not my number. He continued to state it was mine. I told him I didn’t know how that number was and explained I order food there last week, and had no issues, and that I had this number for awhile, and same one from last week. He continued to blame me. He said a driver would be back out. He said they busy and short staffed. He said it be five minutes, 15 minutes later I called and asked if we could have some kind of discount because it been over 30 minutes, he told no because it was MY fault for giving him a wrong number. I again told him again that wasn’t my number and I had my number for years. I was polite with him and he continued to blame me. Told him again we had order food a week ago with no issues from same place. Ten minutes later they came, the driver was nice and explained that they had the order for REI, and he had gone there in the first place. REI is NOT an apartment complex, and NOT the same address! Earlier, the manger stated my address, so I am not sure where the confusion was to drive to REI, when it a different address. I double checked to make sure it was the food WE had order and it was. I wanted make sure there was no other mixs up. REI is across the street from us. I looked up REI’s number and that was the number the manager had given to me. I called back and spoke with staff and explained everything that had happened and that they got the address and number wrong. The staff asked if I wanted to talk to the manger, and I said no thanks, as he was rude to me and was falsely accusing me the last two times I talked to him. I thanked the driver for being honest with me and hearing out my concerns about how I was treated. I tipped the driver and thanked him for coming back out! Frankly, the manager was super rude, and did not care at all. I get that they might be stressed, but frankly no need to be rude and blaming me for your mistakes, especially since I was not rude, yelling, or disrespectful at all. Hope it just a one off, but won’t be ordering from here again. I am hoping whatever the manager is going through that things get...
Read moreNormally, I love Dominos. They have great pizzas and have never had an issue at other locations. This location... That's a different story. Previous orders have been usually messed up, but not terrible. I.e. a customization was not fulfilled (onions on half or no onions not done). This past order we had Nov. 12, 2021 was the worst we had (we got a completely different pizza than what we ordered) and we decided to call them. After speaking with the manager on duty we agreed upon a "credit" for a specialty large pizza, gave my number to them, and was told to call them and tell them that I had a credit under my cell phone number, and could get the pizza. Today, we decided to try our luck out and order the credited pizza. I called and told them I had a credit and it should be underneath my number and that the girl (who was new) just needed to confirm it. She took my order, confirmed with the manager on duty and proceeded to look up my number. My number in their system did not have any such credit, and all they could give me was 20% off my order I wanted to make. I told them never mind. After too many times of poor service and wrong orders we will not be going to this Dominos anymore. Which totally sucks because they truly are my favorite...
Read moreIf i could give 0 stars I would. I am not the kind of person who leaves reviews but this place deserves it. Placed an order for delivery on a motel that was under construction (literally 2 minutes from domino's). I made it very clear in the delivery instructions that the motel was vacant and we were working on it, I even said "we are the only vehicle parked in front of the entire motel, we are parked right next to a propped open door where we are working." To make a long story short, they never even showed up, then when i finally called an hour later they were very rude, unapologetic, and claimed "the order never gave us a room number"... which i responded "there are no room numbers, the motel is under construction and were the only people in the parking lot... you literally cant miss us....". He rudely responded "so, do you want us to bring it back?" and I declined just because of how rue and careless they were. They never even attempted to show up when we were literally across the street from them working... IT WAS A 2 MINUTE DRIVE. (we would have picked up but we couldn't leave the motel unlocked...
