Horrible customer service. I have been eating here at least once a week and sometimes 2-3 times a week and I always order via the Subway app about 10-20 minutes before I show up and always end up waiting for my food for another 10-20 minutes. This is unacceptable as the Subway on Cedar Ave always has my food ready in 10 minutes. One time I showed up, there were no customers and the employee knew I had placed a mobile order, yet continued doing other things while I was there waiting for me food. I heard the other employee ask him if he saw my order and he said "yes, but he wanted to continue doing what he was doing before he started my order." The other Subway will make mobile orders as soon as they get them even if they are busy. I asked the lady a couple days ago when I was there where I waited 10 minutes if I could maybe get a free drink and chips for my troubles since I wait everytime I show up and she told me she can't do that. Just horrible customer service.. The Subway on Cedar Ave offered me free cookies today since I had to wait a couple minutes. I didn't have to ask. Don't order via the app if you want your food in less than 30 minutes at least from this location. Go to the Subway on Cedar Ave instead as they have friendly employees and will also greet you when you walk in unlike this location on Butler. I have spent a lot of money at this location and will never go back after my horrible experiences everytime I go there. I would rather drive the extra few miles to go to the Subway on Cedar Ave near...
Read moreVERY UNHAPPY. You can tell (so obvious) that these guys don't like coupons.
They were very selfish with all the ingredients. For example, I asked for "a lot of jalapeños and pickles" and they gave me like 5 slices of pickles and 5 slices of jalapeños, and so I had to remind the worker that I wanted "A LOT" and she gave me like two more slices of each thing.... And it was like this for everything thing else i wanted on my sub. Anyway...
here i am ordering a sandwich, and for some reason the guy (with a very long pony tail and no hair net) thinks i only want one after i told him i needed 3 foot longs. When im done ordering the first one, he walks off. Im standing there like "o.k." Then a woman walks by and asked me, "can i help you with something?" and i said"yes, i need two more foot longs." She was nice... Any way, Mr. Long Pony Tail came back and looks at me all funny... So Im about to pay, and Mr. Long Pony Tail asked me "what sub did you order?" and i said "all turkey" and for some reason he said "you mean, ham?" and i said "no, all turkey" and with this annoyed expression on his face he said "No, you mean ham." " and I was like, "ok then".
Really, nobody here listens, nobody cares. Their is not enough communication between employees, they are not giving people what they pay for. The Owner just stands there with this creepy grim watching you instead of his employers. I am not coming back. I felt very uncomfortable. My sandwich wasn't even good.
I RATE THIS PLACE...
Read moreVery weird experience... here is what happened - stepped up to order Employees were already helping someone.. The owner walked by and said "one of those guys will be with you in a moment" ... so I waited.. As the employee started fixing my sandwich he started telling the owner it wasn't his "turn" to wash the dishes. Throughout my trying to order my meal the OWNER and employee went back and forth jabbering at each other about "Who do you think owns this place" (by the way the employee said he owned it).. They were practically yelling at each other "No Dawg.. "Yes Dawg" .. back and forth.. while i was telling the guy what veggies i wanted. Very unprofessional feeling in the whole joint. NOTE to the owner: Hire somebody respectful, and teach a class on customer service...
I will drive across town next time as this is not my 1st poor...
