Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Florence

These workers are liars and will tell you anything to your face. I work not too far from there and go on my lunch break at 10:30 so them staying open until 11:00 p.m. was very convenient. I would make it there in time by about 10:45 or 10:50 to quickly get my bowl and go on my way. This lasted all but one week before they started to lie and tell me that they were out of food. One time this guy said we're all out of chicken when there was a container of chicken standing behind him so I asked him is that chicken and he said yeah but it's already being put away. I looked at him with a blank stare because as a customer why are you reserving chicken for tomorrow when I'm here now asking for chicken. His team lead then proceeds to pull ANOTHER freshly filled to the top container of chicken out from the bottom so they can make my order. Now when I go there at 10:49 p.m., 10:47 p.m., or 10:44 p.m. it doesn't matter what time I go after 10:30 now all of a sudden they're always closed or out of food. The lies they tell just to clean up 10 minutes earlier is ridiculous and completely pointless for them to say they stay open till 11:00 p.m.

Highly disappointed in this location and it's workers. It needs to go back to 10:00 p.m. or just get new workers who want to do their job and service...

This is the very worst Chipotle I have ever been in since the day it has opened.I had a decent experience last two times I went probably because was different people working.There is some young girl driving the white Tesla in the parking lot that is just plain nasty.Sue is rude,no conversation skills,rude,gets really angry if you try to talk to her asks questions,then violently slops your food together.Dont brother ordering a to burrito nobody can roll one ,they can't be roll anything without weed in it.Last time I went to in there they had some black people working that were friendly and knew what they were doing,I thought maybe they had gotten rid of the bad apples.Nope.Back in full force today.A voice in my head went off before I walked in that said turn around you should turn around and go to Erlanger one on Dixie Highway where they are always nice and at least make an attempt at doing their job and don't talk to you like a dog.When I saw I was getting the strawberry blond stuck up snobby girl with the attitude the voice said $15 for a bowl you would be better to walk out your gonna be pissed,one in Erlanger the food is far better and cheaper and you actually get guacamole when you paid for it.Never ever ever again,screw this location and the Tesla...

Wow this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to!!! I eat at Chipotle around NKY at least once a week and have never paid so much for a burrito bowl and I always order the exact same thing every time!! I literally asked for extra shredded cheese on my bowl like I do every time I order it and the girl took a small pinch of cheese and added it to my bowl.....which I just shrugged off until I looked at my receipt and realized I was charged an extra $3.50. I asked about the additional charge and they said it was because of the extra pinch of cheese she gave me!!!! I was infuriated.....I can understand paying $3.50 for queso which is what the receipt said I was paying for but for a small pinch of extra cheese....NO WAY!!! I will never visit this Chipotle again.....no wonder the place was dead during lunch rush right off the Turfway exit. I would rather drive the small extra distance and visit the one on Dream Street instead. Much better portions and much nicer staff!!! I have never been charged extra for extra shredded cheese or extra sour cream and I literally get it every single time I order a burrito bowl!!! This is ridiculous.....DON’T EVER GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. Trust me there are much better locations that are worth the additional drive if there...
