The people at The Castle are the kindest people. My friend dropped off a necklace to be repaired a couple months ago. He ended up losing his phone and then went into long term rehab. He wasn't able to get their calls to ask something about the necklace, so they had to put a hold on the repair. My friends birthday was going to be in two days and I was going to visit him. I went to pick the necklace up, to surprise him. It hadn't been repaired yet because of the issue. I answered their questions and not only did they repair it within an hour, but it was repaired by the President of the company who happened to be visiting that location. He did a great job on the repair and the staff actually gift wrapped it for me and gave me a discount on the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend The Castle in Florence, KY for all your gift needs. I would give this place no stars if that was a thing. I paid $75 to have 5 brackets repaired on my engagement ring. After the company keeping my ring for months and months, I finally stopped by and found out my ring was sitting in their vault for who knows how long. I picked my ring up in July of 2021 and wore it until December of 21 when I noticed that one of the brackets I had paid for to be repaired was broken at the top where it is suppose to securely hold my diamond. Took it back to the store only to be told they only warrant the repairs for 90 days which I was never told, and she told me there were 5 brackets that needed fixed. Umm yea probably the brackets that I had already paid to get fixed that were in fact never fixed. I wouldn’t shop their or deal with the place at all. Unfortunately my mother has been SCAMMED by This jewlery store she went into the store to view 2 necklaces the 2nd one looked great!!. The first one looked great to, a thick silver chain on a very pretty heart pendent my mom purchased and paid for both of these necklaces but unfortunately when she revived the 1st one the chain had been completely switched with a thinner and smaller chain when my mom went inside to get the problem fixed she had informed me that they were unreasonable and refused to fix the situation ultimately trying to intimate my mother by saying “she needs to leave before they call the police”????
