Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Florence

So the kid I ordered from was having a conversation with a coworker who was grilling. He would ask me a question and turn around and respond to his coworker. He did this 4 times throughout the order and I had to repeat myself every single time. I asked for extra rice, corn and lettuce and I recieved none of my request. He put about 5 pieces of chicken on my burrito so I had to ask for an actual scoop of chicken which they wanted to charge me extra for. Every single item I got on my burrito was a half to a quarter scoop. I got so tired of repeating myself and watching him add such a tiny amount of food to my burrito that I just gave up with him. When I asked for extra corn he put a half scoop and then I said "can I get extra please" he put a quarter scoop on. I weigh my burritos now and this one was less than half the weight of the smallest burrito I've ever been served. Keep in mind this is a burrito with extra rice, black beans, chicken, hot salsa, extra corn, cheese and extra lettuce. Look at this picture and try to tell me this is what it was suppose to look like. Worst part is that a few days later I went back and he was working again so I decided to give him another chance. Absolutely no improvement and lady coworker of his had to take over. Also my first experience they weren't friendly at all. I waited a good minute or 2 to finally get served at the register and the lady who rung me up was not have a good day(rude). I don't like to complain at restaurants because I used to work in them for 16 years but this experience was pathetic. They weren't busy and I was the only one in line. No excuse for this. Mall road chipotle was my go to location and now it's dream street. Union location has a bunch of children working and the place is always a mess. I attended this Chipotle with my family at 8:30pm on 5/2. I ordered three kids meals, confirming that a kids meal included chicken and three sides. The staff there confirmed that was the case, made the meals, and packaged them to prepare for checkout. We were almost done, when McKenna (I think the manager) seemed to appear for the first time out of nowhere, came up to the counter, looked at the orders, and told us we would be charged extra because her staff was not aware that a kids meal only included two sides and chicken. I told her I didn’t want to pay extra, because that’s not consistent with what we were told. So she unpackaged the meals and began removing one of the sides in each of the three kids meals. Then, she dumped out the chicken that had already been packaged in small cups, because she said her team members had prepared too much for us. Meanwhile, the line behind us continued to grow while everyone was waiting for her to finish removing food from what the staff had already prepared and packaged. McKenna was very unprofessional, not only to us, but to her fellow team members. This place needs a new manager .. Two years ago this location seemed to offer a overall great experience. I have given this location multiple times a once again attempt to regain my love for chipotle. Today I went to this location only after finding out the mall road location was temporarily closed. Within 10 min of being there I witness a cook eating the food with his bare hands and never followed up with washing his hands. A line staff drop rice on the obvious dirty counter and swipe it back into the rice container to be served to the oncoming customers. The only one I seen that looked like they even slightly cared about quality control was Elmer and the only reason I know his name is because he rung me and his name is on my receipt. The entire place was dirty. When I mention to the staff about the need to have higher standards when handling food they looked at me like I was crazy . I will never ever go to this location again. Go to mall rd , buttermilk , Burlington any other location then this one. Please someone in the cooperation fix this location.
