Not to impressed with this location I ordered snacking bacon..everything bagel toasted with cream cheese..strawberry coolata.. pulled up to the order no one was in line took sometime for the person to speak on the speaker I felt bad because after a while I said hello then they responded ..I get up to the window I can see there's just 1 person so i wait 15 minutes before he opens the window says absolutely nothing to me I hand him my card.hands me my food I should have taken a photo as I can not do the description justice on top 2 balled up napkins that look used..my bagel and bacon not in a pouch like normal bacon laid in the bottom and was not even look warm..my bagel was not toasted at all ..and my collated reminded me of the cheap ice that u get at the gas station all u got was the liquid left with ice in the cup..I HAE HAD COLLATAS ON A WEEKLY BASIS FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD ONE LIKE THIS ....I WILL NOT BE BACK TO...
Read moreI'm almost suspecting they're not always using milk that's within the expiration date. I've gotten Iced Lattes for literally 5 years or more from various Dunkin locations and with lattes, regardless what swirls you get, it should never taste sour. ???? It's already twice that this happened in the last 2 months. I know how this should taste like because I get it every other day.
And this is on top of the fact that they just don't understand what you're saying half the time and making the order somehow wrong by the time it comes out. And yes, this is more to the Indian-looking workers there.

Read moreAvoid this location! Placed and paid for my order through the Dunkin app and when they took my order I told them I was there for my online app order and gave info. They said OK and instructed me to pull around. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru then when I got to the window they just stared at me confused. So, I showed them my order info on app. They kept saying no no no we don’t have an order. They spoke broken English so that was frustrating and clearly didn’t care to figure out what went wrong with the online ordering. No breakfast, and out money that Dunkin will wait 14 days to refund. No wonder people...
