Morning of 6/1/2021 me and coworker who travel from Columbia area for work in Florence went to this Dunkin and it was the worst customer service. She ordered some special coffee ( I don't drink coffee and unsure which she ordered) she got 1 everything bagel and cream cheese. Her order was $7.23. I got 1 everything bagel and 2 veg. Cream cheese. My order was $6.01. when order at drive thru 2 females took order. When we got to the window my coworker got her order and paid I got my order and paid I did question why one bagel, 2 single cream cheese was almost the same as her total the explanation I got from the first lady (JORDAN) said, oh that's not right and she went another lady to get it corrected. The other lady came up VERY RUDELY ( MICHAELA) said it was not rang up right on my co-workers order this is why the company is losing money!! That each cream cheese was $1.99. I paid the total. Then my coworker decided she wanted a veggie cream cheese, ordered 1. It was .56 cents after tax. We both knew something was not correct. We had to get to work and didnt have time to try to argue. After looking at reciepts. I was charged for 2, 8 OZ cream cheese. I received 2, 1.5 OZ! So apparently Michaela do. nOT know how to properly do her job, nor had any respect for any customer. I do not know how she keeps a job. I do know we will NEVER go back there! Our company which is a very large medical group now go elsewhere for the 2-3 times weekly when we do large orders for all employees. So I hope the owner realizes this lady is costing you money. She needs to be terminated! Nothing about her, in appearance not attitude was friendly or professional. Will show pictures of the receipts to show the discrepancies. Did not even deserve the 1 star! Read moreI have been faithfully coming here for at least a couple years now. I’ve had many issues over the years, but chose to let them go and give them the benefit of the doubt. Just about every single time I go, my coffee lid either isn’t put on all the way or it leaks out of one side. Today topped the cake. Placed my order at 9:13am for pickup in drive thru. Didn’t get the food and drinks in my hand until 9:35am (I only live 2 min away). Of course, my lid was leaking again. The hash browns were cold. They had both of the donuts I ordered wrong. I have an extra star for service ONLY for the couple of coworkers that have been very pleasant when I go in and order. So many other workers don’t even make eye contact with you, don’t smile and just act like they don’t care in general. I’ve given this Dunkin so many chances and forgiven them. Too many times my service has been awful and food or coffee has been cold. I’m now done. I “might” go to the other one in the other side of town. I might just pay the extra to change to Starbucks and maybe they can get my order...

Went through the drive-through, attempting to order a pretty basic order large iced coffee, unsweetened hazelnut, whole milk, sweeten low. The young lady taking my order has obviously not ready. Nothing serious doing so I had to continuously repeat myself. I chose to tell the young lady never mind and attempted to drive off.
