iFixitAll Repairs — Local services in Florence

I brought my iPhone 13 in to have my battery replaced, The owner open the phone in front of me and put a new battery in but unfortunately the battery he had was faulty and didn’t have any more iPhone 13 batteries on hand . My original battery was not able to go back in the phone because the size had expanded. I told him that I would leave the battery out and find another place that had a battery in stock because I needed my phone fixed that day and could not wait for the owner rtp get more in stock. As soon as I left I took my phone to BatteriesPlus in Florence and I had them replace the battery while they worked on my phone one of the employee informed me that the whomever open my phone damaged the screen I admittedly called the owner of IFixitAll repairs and he informed me that he did not damage the screen which I knew that because I watched him take the screen off the phone. The owner demanded to speak to the technician at batteriesplus but the technician did not want to speak with him. The owner of IFixItAll repairs told me because I went through so much trouble and even though he didn’t damage the phone he would fix the screen free of charge. June 2022 - My iPhone XR went for a little swim so I brought it to iFixItAll again and was once more super happy with the service. I had had it opened previously at another repair place for a battery change and unfortunately their battery was defective. Long story short, once opened these phones are no longer waterproof/ resistant as advertised. I wasn’t made aware of this by the first place… The expert young lady at the booth in the mall made quick work of opening the phone, showing me the moisture “sensors” that confirmed water had gotten into the phone, advised against a battery replacement now due to that and dried up the moisture that had fogged the camera lenses. She spent a good bit of time carefully drying up as much as she could, put it all back together perfectly and said good luck and didn’t charge for the time :) The phone is still working as I type this a few days later but is probably on borrowed time.

Edit: my experience in 2019 Wow! In five minutes I had a new battery installed in an iPhone 6s at a very competitive price. Great service and highly recommended....

I normally don’t write reviews, but Sam at iFixitAll absolutely deserves it. From the very first phone call, he nailed it, I explained what was happening with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and he immediately told me what the issue likely was. When I got there, Sam explained everything clearly and honestly. My battery had literally swollen to nearly double its size, pushing my screen out and causing major damage. He was spot on with everything he had told me over the phone, and he replaced my battery perfectly.

On top of his skill, Sam is just a genuinely awesome gentleman, respectful, professional, and honest. You don’t always find that these days, but Sam made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He even helped me find the easiest and closest way to him as I explained that I have major issues walking. Thank you Sam!
