Generally everything I get is pretty cold immediately when I receive it. I don't ask for them to redo my meals-- I understand they are busy location here, but it's pretty disappointing but I will to get my children some kids meals and it's cold things such as the apples or their drink up against hot food. The fries would be cold no matter what from my experience personally unless I would to have them made to order. I don't really don't do that because I did work in the fast food industry and understand they are filled with things to do have to crunch time. I don't like being an inconvenience. The wait times are unbelievable in the drive-thru. I once waited well over 45 minutes inside as well with my autistic toddlers. We had no choice but to get a refund and leave. They were not behaving well because they expected food and instead were just sitting at the table with our number plain to see. Well, they weren't going to sit around, and aren't tall enough to reach the tablet on the wall either. They needed to be able to eat, run around after at the park with me, so I ended up getting them quesadillas from Taco Bell instead to go and ate it at the park. It was a huge disappointment for all three of us. Nothing brings me more joy than to get them a Happy Meal and a surprise toy waiting for them inside of their box. It's unfortunate that this location does not care much for the quality of that comes out or do things in a timely manner most occasions. I think the only reason personally they get so much business is because of that prime location, surrounded by not only businesses with people that need to find something to eat on break, as well as residential areas. If it were up to me and if we're up to me to change gas prices as they are, I would definitely never return you but this is unfortunately the closest...
Read moreI would like to say that Tina the manager is very rude and unprofessional to customers. She has been rude since yesterday. I ordered on Grubhub. The app only does so much. So 5 min after ordering my $60 items. All i asked was to get a tomato on my sandwhich . Tina answered the phone after calling 6 times. She was rude since the first call. She said that she didnt have a Grubhub order and that she said i might have the wrong location. So i called the other store on Dixie Hwy. It was not the right location. So i called the first store and no one picked up for over 10 calls. She finally picks up and she was arguing with me when i was being professional. She then tells me that she has other better things to do thats more important than what i asked for on my order. Then she hung up on me. By that time im furious. So i called her back so i can get her name and it toollk 10 to 15 calls to get her to answer. She said her name and we was asking for the lady that was very rude to us. She hung up on us. So now we talked to a lady manager brittany (possibly the wrong spelling) she apologized and was willing to help. And fix our nasty food. My fiancee gets up there today to receive that order and Tina was there and she declined to give us the corporate number that brittany was planing on giving us. Tina says we dont give out numbers to customers. Then my fiancee walks away and Tina laughs. I would not recommend going to this place. Especially when Tina is there. She thinks she's untouchable. Read moreStopped at the turfway McDonald's this evening a little before 6pm and went through the drive thru and there was 2 guys outside of the building actually standing in the drive thru and watched both of them approach other customers as they pulled up to the screen to order and beg for money.... and I was hesitant about as to drive off or place my order....I pulled up rolled down my window to place My order the guy just walked up and basically leaned inside my car asking if I had a few dollars or spare change to give and I said you need to get back from my car and he just proceeded to cuss me out and flip me off.....I pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager as I was paying for my food but was told that the manager was busy at the moment so I said well when he/she has a free moment Maybe they should go outside and ask the guys standing in the drive thru to stop hounding the customers for money...... didn't feel safe having someone walk up on me and leaning almost inside my car especially with a pandemic going on but I know that those managers aren't going to do anything because they let all the homeless people come in sit as long as they want and even sleep inside the restaurant.....I've seen this several times when I've eaten inside this location.....and there are several signs posted everywhere saying only a 30 minutes l time limit to consume your food......this place needs to...
