DO NOT RECOMMEND!! AT ALL!! Went to buy a promise ring for my girlfriend. While there, we had a very good customer service experience...then it went 100% south!! We were PROMISED it would come in, get sized, and returned before February 14th so it would be for Valentine's day. We called SEVERAL TIMES and each call was answered only after multiple calls and EXTREMELY RUDE people!! We were told that the ETA on the return would be March 1st NOT February 14th as was promised! The ring came in yesterday and I am writing this bad experience review today! When you make a promise to a customer, you fulfill that promise. You expedite orders, you use 2nd day and overnight delivery because it is your customers that you serve and positive service gets return business. YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS NOR ANY BUSINESS FROM ANYONE I KNOW!!

We have spent plenty but I walked in with mostly all my jewelry to get it cleaned and inspected after receiving an email that says to get it in to inspected and I didn’t see the part in the email saying appointments only but I saw ALL the signs when I walked in the store that read appointments only and of course I still tried my luck bc I’m a longtime customer and I also was picking up my new wedding ring #3 carats # 15 years #upgrade #HeDidThat!!! lol they kept it strictly professional due to Covid-19 appointments ONLY and guess what I respect the staff for that with so many covid deaths all over the world !
