If I could give a negative star I would. I went in today and had a white female with tattoos, dark hair (can’t remember her name) “help” me. I let her know that I had an upgrade and wanted to know my options. Which she gave a weird look. I told her I have an iPhone, but was thinking of going android and specifically heard about the galaxy flip phone. She condescendingly interjected and said “oh I would never get that phone” that to me was very off putting. So I just said “uh ok?” We went to the table and she wasn’t engaging at all, no smile, no “how are you today” NOTHING. She got the questions out that she needed. Then she proceeded to have her phone on the table and text someone. She was rude with every question I asked. Her presence and lack of customer service was extremely off putting. I even left and she didn’t say “have a nice day,” or an anything. Even if I wanted a phone I wasn’t going to give her my business. I tried calling the store….    Read moreI thought they were a great company, I recommended them to many of my friends and family. All that changed when I purchased a wireless box from them. I made sure to print off everything I agreed to along with the terms and conditions. So, after it was installed and the bill dropped there was a unauthorized $149 installation fee. Which they told was valid after getting the run around by 8 different agents on the phone. Them all telling me it was valid even though I never authorized anything of the sorts. I had no knowledge of any installation fee, the technician basically came in and plugged the box up, that’s all he did. He barely said three words to us and I hooked set the box up myself while he piddled in his truck. After all this I’m not given another choice other than going to another company and have the bill go into collections, or pay the $149 that they are now demanding, this is collusion and we the customers are suffering here. horrible customer service steals money from loyal customers having proof does absolutely nothing to fix a charge. worst...
   Read moreI took my phone in because it was turning off and would not stay on. They said it could not be repaired. They wanted me to purchase a new phone but I wanted to wait until I used my insurance. I called back the next day to ask if they would give me something in writing saying the phone could not be repaired. The woman remembered me and was going to help but her manager said she could not. She gave me an 800 number to call to get the statement. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes and the woman told me she would have to transfer me because that was the number for home phones and internet. I called the store back and she said that was the only number she had for cell phone support. I told her these people had not even seen the phone. I never got transferred or any help. This store is just there to sell phones and not to help service them. I pay an expensive monthly amount and they cannot even give me support when I need it. I had to get help from another cell phone repair store that does not even get paid for my service! I am very disappointed in how this...
