Panera Bread — Restaurant in Florham Park

Three times in a row my food took over a half hour to prepare, the hot food was lukewarm at best (Tomato Soup and Mac and Cheese are my go to, not hard to mess up.), the orders for sandwiches always came wrong, one of the three times a completely different sandwich. The employees honestly seem like they could care less what you think so I always needed to talk to multiple people before getting something right. All of these orders were supposed to be "rapid pick up". Nothing rapid about waiting long for a wrong order, then having to wait longer to have them remade/fixed.

Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the managers here were nice enough to help me out and straighten things out. But I'm not coming back ever again, it's nice for them to fix these issues when they happen, but I don't want the to happen every single time.

During the pandemic, I have been wondering when, if ever, I will get to have my favorite Cranberry Orange Muffins again. When I checked the menu, I DELIGHTED to see that my two favorite items, which disappeared last year, were back on it ... Roasted Turkey and Caramelized Kale Panini and Garden Vegetable Soup with Pesto !!! But when I tried to order them locally -- no luck ... not on the menu. I had been so looking forward to them for several weeks ... to no avail. The muffins, however, which weren't on any of the online menus were available! (But they would have been so much more enjoyable with my other favorites!) I have to say that I have been a much less faithful Panera customer since my favorites disappeared because of my dietary restrictions ... must eat heated food in restaurants and avoid spicy food. Has anyone else missed my favorites? Please restore them! ... Or update your online menu ... to avoid...

My original experience was super pleasant. However...My last three orders were not. For some reason, whenever you do a mobile pickup order, they never seem to follow the directions and omit main ingredients. It's really frustrating when you get home and are so excited to have your salad and either the ingredients you requested were not put in or just plain old forgotten/ ignored. Today I ordered 2 Greek salads and they didn't even put any feta on either of them whatsoever! Though the ingredients here seem to be a little bit more on the fresher side, it's kind of annoying that they just forget ingredients of your order. Maybe it's different if you order inside or eat there.... But my last mobile orders have been like this every time. This time I also ordered a fruit cup with my daughter's sandwich and it looked like they scraped the bottom of the barrel to fill it... Just say you're...
