As a long-time patron of this establishment, I was quite disappointed with my visit yesterday. I ordered lunch for my coworkers. It was $28+change. I paid with $100 bill. This morning, when I checked what was handed back to me, $61+change, I discovered the staff member shorted me $10. I called before they opened this morning, and they informed me I should have gone back immediately yesterday to address the issue, and there was nothing they could do. Basically, I snooze, I lose. I understand people make mistakes, but what happened to great customer service and the adage that the customer is always right. Oh well, lesson learned, don't trust anyone and count your change. I guess times are tough for some, and they need an extra 10 bucks. Enjoy the charitable donation, my friend. Note to self, use a credit card, earn cash back, and let the establishment pay credit card fees.

I'm visiting my friend out here in New Jersey and was dying for some Italian food. This is a local place that he goes to Once In awhile. I order the Veal Piccata which came with potatoes? I have never ordered an Italian meal that didn't come served over/pasta.. so I requested they substitute the potatoes with pasta. It was very well prepared. This is my go-to Italian Dish wherever I travel. Also ordered a side Caesar salad which was okay. I ordered the dressing on the side as it was extraordinarily thick then I'm glad I did. Meals were appropriately priced not to expensive and very tasty. They are a pizza place and I wanted to have pizza but I was also hungry for food. Many people ordered ahead and we're doing pickups for pizza and meals. Overall I think the price and value are there and this is a very good go to pizza place as well.

My family, friends & I absolutely love Nonna’s Italian restaurant in Florham Park! The food is more than amazing. The best Italian sauce (gravy to some) I ever had and being Italian that’s a great compliment. The owners, family & staff that work there are so accommodating and take such good care of you during your entire meal experience. Brian is a fabulous waiter & very attentive! The food comes out steaming hot, their grilled octopus 🐙 is amazing as well as their pizza 🍕 and pasta 🍝 dishes. Adam, the owner’s father is very social amongst the guests and making sure that everyone is happy. Ellen is also right there making sure everyone is having a wonderful dining experience. My favorite dish is zuppa de pesce. Yummmm 😋 Buon appetito 🍽️ Lori Agis

I just left this restaurant and I had to sit in my car and write this review before I drove home. I am wiping the tears from my face now, due to the unfair treatment my daughter and I have just received. When I walked in, we felt the lack of professional presence in the restaurant, causing us to feel uncomfortable and not wanted. We stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign for ten minutes before we were seated. Ironically, we were immediately seated when another family stood behind us. Once seated, it took a while before we saw our server. Being that she was busy we gave her the benefit of the doubt. She took our drink orders, then left us time to look over the menu. She then handled and put orders in for all of the rest of her tables (including the tables that came after us). Again being that it was busy we said nothing. She took our food orders and we felt rushed. This feeling continued throughout our whole meal experience. We also only saw our server when she dropped our drinks and our bill off. Meanwhile we were constantly asked for plates to be removed when we were not finished with our meal. We also continued to receive looks from other servers as well as management. We felt incredibly rushed and uncomfortable. I'm not sure whether or not the employees were instructed to stand behind and beside our table and watch us eat, because no other patrons had employees at their tables watching them. After continuously being watched while eating, we packed up our food and asked another employee for the bill. (We still hadn't seen our waitress since she dropped the drinks) I have never experienced having my table cleaned before I paid the bill, therefore enhancing the feeling of being rushed. Until this establishment stops profiling its customers, I will not be eating here again. Neither will my friends nor family. I will be seeking out advice whether this is reportable to the Better...

We just moved to Florham Park/New Jersey two weeks ago. In the last two weeks we have been to Nonna’s 4-5 times due to getting settled in. Every time we came here (carry out or dine in) the entire staff was so inviting and friendly. They made us feel at home though we are so far away and made us feel so welcomed (even though they were incredibly busy). Their pizza is WONDERFUL and voted best in 21 County’s according to the signs and it shows. I had the Caprese Pizza, my husband had the Chicken Parm and we had a few other pizzas and a calzone tonight. We indulged in a wonderful local dessert which reminded me of home (the taste of beignets from NO). I love reading reviews, it’s how I base my decisions on where to eat. I noticed a review from a few days ago stating they made her cry and that they were showing favoritism and rushing her through her meal. I felt compelled to write a review due to me KNOWING that the statement is just ridiculous. There was so much diversity tonight and we were all treated with the same respect. I purposely sat back and watched their wait staff take care of their customers looking for something. I have been here before and never have I seen the behavior that this other customer is claiming to have experienced. This place is awesome and you need to try it for yourself! Keep serving your customers the way you are, you can’t please everyone but if you take care of your customers they way you did tonight then your business will be open for many...

Been here twice before, my wife works in the area and likes the food. Food was good, service was just ok, wait staff not very attentive because the place gets very crowded. Was in the area this past Saturday night, we were trying to catch a movie, so time was limited and needed to go somewhere with no wait. We were 1 block away after leaving the Thirsty Turtle due to a long wait, my wife calls and asks about the wait at Nonna's, she was told no wait for a table for 2. We pull into the parking lot, get out of the car and wife almost gets hit by a lunatic speeding in the lot and parking illegally in the fire zone, turns about to be one of Nonna's delivery drivers. Walk in and the waiting area is mobbed, wall to wall people. We go up and ask for a table, the older lady at the hostess stand tells us 20min, so I ask how in the span of 1 minute it can go from no wait to 20min, she tells me all these people just walked in, unless all these people unloaded from a clown car and all asked for tables for 2 thats not humanly possible, thats how many people were waiting. I called the hostess a liar and she said "thats just how it goes". I can only assume what she meant by that was, if you call we will tell you there is no wait so you come in and then hopefully you stay and wait. We left and went to Godfather's in East Hanover, meal...
