I usually really like Arby's and have purchased many meals here for my family. But after tonight I won't be ordering from them for the foreseeable future. I ordered on their app as I usually do. I placed my order at 10:17pm and the app told me it would be ready by 10:23pm. I went through drive thru twice to pickup my order. The first time at 10:37pm, I was told that they were out of beef and my order was not in their system and I needed to drive around and go through line again, though it was suggested that I might be at the wrong store, (I don't think there's another Arby's in lake City). I complied, but I also called the number in the app and asked which store I was talking to and confirmed it was the correct store. The gentleman on the phone said my order should have been made and he would make it now. The second time I was told the same thing and when I referenced the call I made to the store I was told that he wasn't a manager and was offered to speak to the manager at the window. At 10:57pm I pulled up to the window where an older gentleman leaned out the window and began to talk to me slowly, enunciating every syllable like I was a 2 year old being scolded. I can't asked him but to talk to me like I'm ignorant and showed him my order where it said it was ready. He told me they were out of beef. I pointed out that there were a number of things on the order that weren't beef. He told me I'd have to cancel the order and reorder without any beef items. I told him I would cancel the order but would order from here any more. He and the lady in driver's both accused me of being rude so I just drove away. It's sad... I like Arby's. The lady took my order and when I pulled up to the window they took out the other customers food. As I paid she handed me my drinks then told me to pull up. After I pulled up, 4 more cars showed. 3 of them got their order before me. When my food was finally walked out to me, I informed her that my "lemonade" tasted like water and proceeded to hand it back to her. She refused to take it even after I told her I have no place to put it, my car was packed with stuff. She said "I can't take it back" and walked back in the store to pour me a different drink. While waiting for the drink 2 more cars pulled in and ordered and one of the previous ones got their order AND one of the ones that had just arrived got their order while I sat there waiting for a drink. The entire ordeal took 15-20 minutes. My sandwich barely had cheese or red ranch on it and everything was cold, from the sandwhich to the fries to my son's food. Besides that the roast beef doesn't taste as good as it used to back in the day. Tried the french dip combo meal and double cheddar roast beef. It tasted so bland without Arby's sauce added to it. I don't like their new style for the jamocca shake either. It used to come in a giant sized cup like a milk shake. Now it's in a smaller cup only a third full and a mountain of whipped cream on top I didn't ask for. What a scam. The curly fries were not full either. 30 dollars for two large combos 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, two shakes for 30?? We were full but still. I mean Wendy's has a 6 dollar 5 item biggie bag.
