Worst fast food experience I have had in longer than I can remember, took over 30 mins to get out of there. Came here last night at about 945. First we ordered on mobile app, when we get here it wasn't ready was asked to park at double doors, no problem. After waiting 10 mins all that comes out is the shakes. The girl that hands us the shakes instead of going back inside goes to the back of the store for a 5 minute phonecall then goes back in and 5 mins later we get our food finally. So it's been about 20 mins since we've been here, and we are the only customers there btw. After receiving our food from a young teenager that looks like she would rather be anywhere else but here, we realize they left out part of our order. So we go back through the drivethrough, which now has 3 cars in front of us. Young girl in drive through window says sorry no problem we have to drop chicken tenders right now, please go around and park at double doors.. again. Okay no problem. We head around and realized there are now 4 cars also parked there, everyone that was in front of us was parked also. We waited another 20 mins out there, watching as the other customers were getting frustrated as well, and the girl that was bringing out orders had no idea who got what. While multiple employees were coming outside to hangout/smoke or vape and realize there was 4 cars waiting on food so some of them turned around on the spot and went back inside. It was so surreal it was like noone was actually working. Everytime the girl came out with food, she would scan all of our cars and then when we were the last ones left, mind you its 1035 now, its been 20 mins since she said she was dropping chicken fingers, we finally had enough, went through drive through, up to window and she just looks at me and is like "can I help you". I asked for the order we have been waiting on for another 20 mins and she goes and gets it for me and then we can finally leave this Arbys hell we were in. What the actual heck is going on with this store. I can't believe I had to write a review about this. Ridiculous, clean out your entitled and ignorant employees, and hire some men. The 5/5 employees we saw here are all female, and some look like they are fresh outta hernando county...
Read moreThis place is a joke. My family woke up at 5AM to take part in Arby's first 50 to celebrate their grand reopening. The kids weren't allowed to be part of it yet there was no mention of them being disqualified. After receiving the tickets it clearly stated the rules on the cards. The managers here seem to think the rules for the cards change daily. Because literally everytime we have gone to claim the free meals there is an issue. One manage will say something is fine over the phone and when we drive all the way there we are told that's not true.
Our food has been messed up on more than 1 occasion and when we call were told that since it was a free meal it can't be replaced.
I've called corporate and was equally confused by their help there. I was told by a rep on the corporate line that they are a franchise and have to abide by the corporate rules. I call the Arby's and speak with a manager that tells me pretty much " we can do whatever we we want we aren't a franchise or corporate store".
1 manager will say subbing out the equal cost fries for potato cakes is okay but then the next will say no.
1 manager is okay with using more than 1 ticket per week others don't allow it.
I've been asked to repay for extra cheese when they forgot it on my sandwhich. Then had to deal with her attitude as if I asked for something crazy like the stuff I PAID for.
The restaurant is normally pretty dirty overall. Especially the bathrooms.
I don't eat at Arby's anymore solely because of how I've been treated the last couple of times at this restaurant. Which is a damned shame since it has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. I'll never eat here again.
I threw away my free meals for a year cards after only using 2 months of them. I don't want food from here even...
Read moreI went in to order to go because of a coupon I had. I hate to try and explain that in the drive-thru. I tell her I have the coupon for a free small order of fries with cheese sauce and that I want 2 of the classic beef and cheddar meals, small size. I ask how big is the cheese sauce and she tells me very small so I said add another one so the second meal has one too for the fries. She asks what kind of fries and I say 1 crinkle and 1 curly. While they're making my order she asks if I want any sauce, Arby's or horseradish. I say 2 Arby's sauces cause the hubby likes to have extra. When I get home, in about 10 minutes or so, I unload the food. There's 2 roast beef sandwiches without sauce or cheese on them, 3 small orders of fries (2 crinkle and 1 curly), 3 small cups of cheese and 2 packets of Arby's sauce. So I guess I wasn't clear that I wanted 1 meal with the free fries and cheese from the coupon. A little irritating but here's the kicker...both beef and cheddar sandwiches only have roast beef and the bun. No sauce, no cheese!! So we used the 2 sauces and some of the cheese to make our sandwiches. I don't know who's at fault for the dry sandwiches, the girl taking my order or the person in back making them. Either way, that is ridiculous! I haven't had a chance to go back there to show them pictures of the sandwiches. The other times we've been to this Arby's we have had good service and food, both eating in and drive-thru. I can't even use the words of Joe Pesci since I went in to...
