Had the Pesto Chicken Flatbread and it's not at all like what a flatbread should be l. Should be able to pick it up, but it's piled with loose pieces of tomato, cheese and chicken. You can't even cut the flatbread with the plastic fork and knife you're given, so eating it as a flatbread is not possible. The flatbread is too dense, and the Pesto and chicken is flavorless. I sat down at 8:50 pm. Ready to order at 8:53. But was informed that the kitchen closed at 9:00 pm so it was impossible to order food. Bizarrely, I was also informed that it takes 7 minutes to prepare most plates, so that’s what made it impossible. Wow, the level of precision in not serving the customer was breathtaking. I really enjoy this place. I look forward to it on my layovers. Yes, it's pricey but it's the airport, what can ya do???
