Captain Pete's Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Florida

The service was terrible, I would give it 0 stars if I could. We waited in line for an hour to order and there weren't that many people in front of us. Once we finally ordered and got our reciept, we had to wait LONGER just to get our reciept taken so they can begin making the food. I don't normally complain about services taking long but we waited over an hour for our food just to get an attitude from the workers. They started taking orders from other people instead of working on the ones they already had. Our reciept was placed on the side and one of the workers (pretty sure she was the manager) gave an attitude to one of the customers and scrambled the reciepts, so they werent in order. Almost 8 families got their orders, ate, and left by the time we finally got our food. It was expensive and NOT worth it. We ordered the chicken finger platter , petes kids meal, and 2 drinks. It was over 50 dollars and the customer service was terrible, the food wasn't worth the price or time and we should of spent that hour doing...

I have nothing but bad experiences with this restaurant. The line extends into the direct sun light, so the temperature is typically quite hot. The restaurant does support all-day-dining, but does not have sides or desserts. Most of the hot dogs are Nathan's (which I found to be disgusting) and the corn dogs use a different brand (which was reasonable). As most restaurants at SeaWorld, the staff don't seem to care about what's happening or the people in front of them.

The fries were cold, so having them add chili and cheese on top was helpful (and kind of them since they didn't have sides available). My friends had very little chili and cheese on their hot dogs. The corn dog batter was very good, as was the dog inside. They have fountain drinks available at their drink station.

This particular time I visited was because the restaurants closed at 5:00 PM except for this one, and my group was hungry for food at 6:00 PM. If at all possible, I recommend avoiding...

Sea World is seriously understaffed. Lines are ridiculous, especially for food and drink. Here with family and half the individual drink and snack stands are closed. The rest have only 1 person and nobody bringing more items to for them to sell. Running out of everything. I waited for 50 minutes to get Nathen Hot Dogs and fries for my family. It was awful. Dogs were barely cooked. Cold to the touch and taste. Fries were undercooked and room temperature. Paid almost $80 for dogs and fries fir 4 of us and it totally sucked. I went up to give it back u eaten snd get a refund and the guy said I would have to wait in line, then he would call a supervisor to come over. I asked for fresh hot food, he said fine but go wait in line. I’m a Gold Pass member. Never again. I’m fond with this sorrily run place. They should pay a temp agency to put bodies to work but they are too cheap or the management too stupid to fix the problem. Go somewhere else for your...
