I guess since it was a Friday, they were a bit overwhelmed. Carlos snapped at me, after trying to figure who took my order. I told him I walked in and gave my order to his teenage son. Although I had been charged and paid for my food, the order was never put in to be cooked. After having to pull out my receipt, Carlos then had the nerve to double check if I'd been charged properly, then he proceeded to ask me if I wanted a soda. I assumed he was offering for the long wait and billing inconvenience, but I was mistaken. Once being informed I would have to pay for this beverage, I declined. Love the seafood here. I tried the fried blue crabs and they were great, but could have been better with melted butter. The whole snapper, shrimp, and conch are amazing. Carlos loses a star because this place does not have cole slaw or sides besides fries and seafood rice (both are delicious though). Also, he has limited types of fish (snapper, yellow tail, talapia, swai, and king fish). I will continue to go here for the seafood because it really is good and fresh for fried food. I absolutely love tnis place. Its great to get amazing no frills seafood the way my family would make it. This is hard to find in Miami. I am obsessed with the fried fish and sides are amazing. I always get the hush puppies, corn nuggets and fried okra. I gotta get an order of the fried okra just for me. I love the breading/batter of the okra and fish. I cant rave enough about this place.
