We took the kids to the Alicia Road Chick Fil A for lunch. Our first impression wasn't great. There was a line of cars for the Drive-in line wrapping around the building and onto the street. This caused a very dangerous traffic pattern at the point of the left turn to enter the parking lot itself. We didn't care about using the drive-in line, we just needed to park, but we couldn't get to the lot because of this back-up. This line moved very slowly and drivers on the street were taking chances crossing the double yellow line attempting to bypass the line. It was very chaotic. If that line would only MOVE! Finally we parked in one of the extra narrow parking places. My tip is to bring your oldest junkiest vehicle when you visit here. Now the good part. Service at the counter was fast and efficient. Then, the food was good. The kids were disappointed to see they were both too tall for this restaurant's play area. There was a red line in the door marking the maximum height to play. Other Chick Fil A locations with okay areas we have taken the kids don't do this. Still, there were big kids playing inside, but we do teach the kids to follow rules and ours stayed out. We would not have chosen this place for lunch if we knew the kids couldn't use the play area. Also, we probably won't be back. There was a poster on the wall promoting a game called Code MOO. We visited that website and the game was over. It said See You Next Year. The poster on the wall was out of date. Our last impression was again dealing with that line of cars outside vying for the Drive-in window. To get to your car, you must cross that line again and that was dangerous as a driver wasn't paying attention and...
Read moreWas pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced today. I’m not one to write bad reviews but it was kind of shocking to say the least by how I was treated by Erica today through the drive thru. I was recovering from a cold not to long ago so it still kind of hurts to speak loudly. So maybe I wasn’t talking loud enough and she got annoyed but it was just so rude and I work in customer service and no matter how annoying it may be to have someone repeat themselves you still treat them with respect and be nice especially if they are being nice to you back and smiling. She was with a trainee and asked for my name I said it and was asked to repeat myself which is fine. I spoke louder then said my order. I said 12 pc with a medium fry which she then proceeded to say with an attitude “no drink.” I said no thank you and ranch. Then she said you said ranch and I’m like yes thank you. Then she gave me my total and I’m like I have cash thank you and she just gave me a weird look I then drove off and next time Erica be careful when you make faces to people in drive thrus because me she made the most ridiculous facial expression while rolling her eyes as I drove by. Not nice and poor girl who is getting trained by you. It sucks when you’re nothing but nice to someone and they treat you like this for not being able to speak loudly enough. Some people have other problems that can cause this like social...
Read moreI regularly visit Chick-Fil-A in Naples and always have an outstanding experience. This Chick Fil A is equal in food quality but far below in the service area. I often have special requests due to a low carb diet and I have never had a problem with the staff understanding what I'm asking for and accommodating without question. Even while visiting in Orlando this week I made special orders and they didn't hesitate to accommodate. This cfa told me they can't do it because it doesn't fit their recipe... I wanted a frosted coffee with only a 1/4 of the usual ice cream.... not really hard to figure out. I ended up having to order an iced coffee and a kids icecream and make it myself. If I can make it myself in the car they should be able to make it for me. Made no sense. I have made other special request here, ( sub spicy grilled chicken for the reg on a wrap...) each time they say they can't do it. Never have I been told that by ANY other cfa. They need to remember they are in the customer service business and sometimes that means doing what is necessary to make a...
