Worst Subway ever for management. Had used this Subway location since it opened but the new management and owners are horrible. Stopped in the other day to get lunch for wife and myself. The manager told me to leave and that she would not serve me. When I asked why, she said it was because I had made too many complaints. Over the past year I’ve made 2 complaints through corporate because they didn’t make my orders correctly when using the Subway app and then they argued with me about it even after I showed them the order as it had been placed from the app. I had ordered double meat each time, paying for it on the app but they didn’t give it to me on my orders. When I asked in the store each time they said that’s not the way it works or comes to them at the store and they refused to refund or remake the subs. If the Subway app allows me to do it and I’m paying the extra, I better get what I paid for. Stopped using the app after the last issue and have gone in multiple times afterwards until last week when the female manager refused me service and told me to leave or she’d call the police. Recent reviews say in the past few days that they have inappropriate pictures and/or signs against President Biden in the store. They also took a very long time to make our subs not taking the time to multitask as you must do working at a subway. One of them even rolled there eyes at me when I asked a question about the cheeses I asked what the options were since they no longer display them on the side of the case and he pointed to the cheeses in the case like I'm supposed to say "I want the off whitish one"? That fresh bread smell is so delightful 😊 The young gentleman that was working lastnight at around 6:40 p.m. is an outstanding person! I have an allergy to onions and he was very kind and didn't make me feel bad even though I apologized for having such a rare allergy. He was beyond fantastic!
